It also has a deep water Brand new double decker dock with easy walk-in stairs and step-down stair for sitting and relaxing with just your feet in the water. The cove has deep water but is quiet and not crowed with docks everywhere. You are away from heavy boat traffic and rough waves. The water is perfect for swimming and fishing. At night the dock has string lights to set the mood for a relaxing drink or late night meal. High speed wifi is also available so morning emails with your coffee on the dock will allow you to stay caught up while enjoying the sounds of fish jumping. But its best feature is its flat backyard and easy walk to the dock. Perfect for family reunions, multi generation get togethers, anniversaries, baby and wedding showers, graduations or just enjoying time with your family and friends. Play a game of football, badminton, volleyball, cornhole, crochet, or just sit back and enjoy the clear unobstructed view of the dock. This yard is hard to find on Lake Lanier- no steps to worry about, unobstructed view from the house, and an easy gentle walk-through soft grass all the way to the dock.

Parking for multiple cars is also not a problem. There is a side yard where cars can easily park and the house can accommodate over 10 cars easily.

There are 2 jet ski ports for your use, and a boat launch that is only a 4minute boat ride from the house. Easy to put your boat or jet skis in the water and then leave them at the house for a no hassle daily routine.

Wildlife is ever present here. Cranes fishing in the mornings, geese swimming on the water, birds singing in the mornings and frogs croaking at night, our coves famous white ducks who will visit you for some food, deer in the mornings and evenings and LULU - the groundhog and her babies who live in a burrow next door.

By September a new firepit will be installed so you can sit by the fire at night and roast s'mores or enjoy the night with a crackling fire to further send into vacation mode.
