This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom is freshened up to restore its farmhouse appeal as one of the anchor properties of Huber Heights before it was. Come and experience this property off the beaten path, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to jump back in when you need to.

Nestled at the end of a private dirt road, our cozy farmhouse invites you to unwind and relax. The two-bedroom, one- bathroom retreat exudes warmth and comfort, featuring a cozy king bed in the master. The bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a luggage rack, night stands and closet storage if needed. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, dresser and kids play area. The bathroom has an accessible shower with grab bars. Through the bathroom is a quite private office. The open kitchen and living room space create an inviting atmosphere for gatherings and shared moments. A farmhouse dining table set for 6 is perfect for anything from board games to BBQ. For additional sleeping space, the sofa converts to a queen size bed. Tastefully designed, it's a seamless blend of style and functionality. Adjacent to the master bedroom there’s a laundry room. Whether you're seeking a family getaway or a peaceful solo retreat, this farmhouse is your haven for convenience and relaxation.

The entire 3-acre property is available for guests to explore. The only spaces not accessible to guests is the garage and 2 outbuildings.

Our street is a secluded oasis away from the hustle and bustle of daily life yet within minutes of many shops, restaurants and things to do.

The farmhouse sits at the end of a private gravel road on 3 acres. As you slowly make your way down, release your cares and prepare to relax at this secluded hideaway. Please keep speed low out of respect for the neighbors and excess dust. Also be cautious of uneven gravel in some areas. The farmhouse driveway is at the end of the road at the loop. There is plenty of parking space on the driveway.

Shared Spaces
Gate: The farmhouse is at the end of a friendly private road. Occasionally a Rest Haven Rd neighbor will need to park in front of the house to visit her elderly parents that reside next door through the fence gate.

Chicken Coop: The coop is shared with the cottage next door. There is separate gates from each side for guests to visit the hens.

Rental Agreement & Guest Verification:
To ensure a great experience and comply with local requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification process. This includes providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact information, and sharing the purpose of your stay. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may need to provide this information before check-in. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Additionally, you'll be required to sign a rental agreement. This will be sent to you through our secure guest portal, where you'll verify your identity with a one-time code via email or SMS before signing digitally.
