The condo has been recently refreshed with newly painted walls, updated ceiling fans, and a new kitchen light fixture, creating a bright and welcoming coastal atmosphere. The bedroom features upscale bedding designed to maximize comfort and give the space a relaxed, beach-inspired feel.

The living room continues the light coastal style and opens to a large oceanfront balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the waves roll in.

For added convenience, the unit also includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Each room has its own TV with cable, and the living room features a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a fun day at the beach.

The Boardwalk, Ocean Center, and Seabreeze clubs you don't need to go any where once your here. The amenities available to guests are amazing. From the massive ocean front heated pool, to the lazy river, to the hot tubs and kid splash and of course the beach, there will be plenty of ways for you to and your family to relax and enjoy the in the sun in style. The onsite Ocean Walk shoppes and restaurants are guaranteed to entertain. There is a movie theater when you are ready for a break from the sun, and so many restaurant options including Bubba Gump Shrimp and Sloppy Joe's. Its truly a great place to make long lasting memories.

Perfect!

This condo/resort was perfect for our family. So many fun things do within the resort itself and more within walking distance. The condo was exactly as the pics showed and the beds were comfortable.

Overall, our stay was great at the condo. Location was awesome. Kitchen and living room was great. Very comfortable And beautiful views. The only negatives would be the bed spread, shower curtain, rod and liner.

Awesome vacation

Girls week with my sister and friend. The room was spotless and resort amazing and fun. We didn’t have a car, and found we could easily walk to most things. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at the resort!

Condo great but pool issues

We arrived for our stay and it was nice and clean in our condo. But when we went to the pool we could never get a chair. There were signs posted that you can't hold chairs for any longer than 30 min but there were more chairs with towels, coolers, and bags on them than there were people in the pools. It was ridiculous, I complained to a security guard and told him that I paid a lot to stay there and I'd like a chair and he said that there was nothing he could do and I paid for the condo, not the pool. We got up early one morning and got chairs only to have to go in because it kept lightening. I prefer laying out at the pool but we ended up staying on the beach every day. I booked this place mainly for the kids. I took my 2-year-old grandbaby for the kiddie pool and my nephew for the slide, no places to sit up at the pool, the kiddie pool was full of adults with coolers and drinking and the slide was not working. So that part was infuriating because you pay so much to stay there for the amenities and you end up getting to enjoy just the beach which is free. We did have issues with the TVs in the condo, we couldn't hardly get them to work for us no matter what we did. I had to buy extra internet so the kids could watch tv on their tablets and my grandbaby could watch her cartoons.

Daytona June 2023

The Cons: The property worked for what we needed but when we got there the microwave was not turning on and we use those daily on vacation. We called the property manager and he tried to troubleshoot with us but still never turned on. Used the dryer to dry clothing and ended up ruining 2 of my kids' outfits :( Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the floors and shower fan. This might be a pro for some but we were right next to the Bandshell concert performances so it was louder on the balcony than we would have liked. The Perks: Room location was easy and not a long walk down the hallway. View was SPECTACULAR! Can't beat the upfront view of the beach and looking down at the pier. Beach towels were provided which was a plus and one less thing I had to fit into luggage. Tons of assorted dish and cookwares to use. Pools were great but waterslide didn't work while we were there :( Scott was great to work with so we still highly recommend the location but some of it just didn't work for us.

The propery is amazing. Just what you need for a daytona vacation. The kitchen had everything you needed. The bathroom was stocked with towels and tissue. The beds were super comfortable. The location was great. The wifi worked well. I would recommend the vacation home to others. They even had beach toys. I would stay here again.
