Take advantage of one of the only pedestrian beaches in Daytona Beach! You are within easy walking distance to shopping, dining, entertainment and nightlife. Relax, stroll along the shoreline, or venture out to Daytona International Speedway (just a short drive.) This resort offers organized activities for kids and adults, a snack bar, indoor mini golf, water slide, pool bar, fitness center, and so much more! And by choosing this unit, your comfortable, relaxing retreat awaits in this cozy home away from home! Your exact unit will be assigned when you arrive. Please note: a 1-BR suite is beautiful and cozy, yet is the smallest of the Ocean Walk 1- BR units. It is an interior unit and does not offer an ocean view. Your view from inside will be of the hallway. But what it lacks in size, it makes up for in comfort! Petite and quaint! A 1-BR deluxe is larger and has more amenities. Regardless of the one-bedroom unit you select, you will have great amenities and amazing views while enjoying the pools and this beautiful resort! I have requested an upgrade to a larger unit. Should this unit upgrade, (and it happens a lot!) you will receive the upgrade to a larger room free of charge! Kind of a great surprise birthday gift!

Both unit types are beautifully decorated and comfortable. And both get you to enjoying this beautiful resort and beach! Please note that the photos of the property represent this typical beautiful interior and well maintained unit. Since there has been upgrades to the resort, the interior of your exact unit may vary slightly from what is pictured-- but will be similar and beautiful!

You will have a full bathroom.

In a suite, your kitchen is a mini kitchen and in a deluxe, you have a full kitchen. Both will have a refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, toaster, cookware, place settings, flatware, garbage disposal, coffee maker, ice maker, etc. Perfect for filling tummies before your busy day or for a relaxing meal as you wind down.

There is also a washer/dryer IN the condo.

Other conveniences include: iron/ironing board, hair dryer, cable TV, DVD player, safe for valuables in the master closet, complimentary wi-fi, free underground and surface on-site parking for 1 vehicle, elevators, etc.

This resort may assign rooms with special needs features--including wider than typical unit interior doorways, lever handles on all doors, counter-height microwave, front control stove or range, roll-under kitchen sink, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars in tub, grab bars around toilet, raised toilet (higher than typical units), front door wide-angle wheelchair height peephole, first floor handicap accessible access and Braille signage for room numbers. Additionally, some units include visual doorbells, visual fire alarm, visual phone alert and closed captioned TV.

Also note that enhanced safety and cleaning protocols and disinfecting measures have been put into place according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requirements for effectively combating the COVID-19 and other viruses.
Guests will be emailed a guest pass for check-in several days before travel. I will be asking you for the name, address, and phone number of the guest checking-in. This person must be at least 21-years of age. IF you have name changes after you receive this guest pass, it will incur a $99 fee. Guest passes are for your safety and secure the property to your name. They are a requirement of Wyndham.

If you anticipate a late arrival, please contact the resort directly (phone number on your guest pass.) The resort offers 24-hour check in, but a late arrival could affect your room assignment.

There is a mandatory resort fee for reservations at the resort in amount of $25.00 per reservation. The resort fee, which is imposed by the property owners associations at the resort, will be collected at the time of check-in.

You may be offered the opportunity to attend a vacation ownership meeting. You are in no way obligated to attend these meetings and it is by no means a requirement of this reservation.
