Beach Apartment renovated -top floor

The room is renovated with a modern clean look. Enjoy Two new full size beds with stunning beach View on the top floor! Hotel is centrally located. The room is very spacious with over 450sqft.
The property consists of two studios that can be rented separately or together. Excellent views of the ocean, the pool and the avenue.
The room has a bathtub and a/c is new! Also has a small kitchenette with granite countertops, sink, two refrigerators and all kinds of utensils.
The space
This posting is for one of my rooms. It is actually two bedrooms separated however they can be rent independent or together if booking allows. All together it has a king size bed two full size beds and 1sofa bed. So It can host up to 7 people. Please contact me if you choose to rent both units at the same time. All linens are new, new beach towels available, equipped kitchenette, coffee, water, soaps, shampoo and conditioner provided. The pictures posted are from both rooms one is renovated and the other is in the process of been renovated.

Other things to note
The pool is open a small new gym and a laundromat inside hotel available. Guest are required to have a parking pass and will be provided at the reception in the main lobby. More than one vehicle to park it is $10 a day. Thank you
