It has also been updated with new colors and a “mini” coffee bar area with a Keurig and mini fridge, perfect for larger groups. You can grab a drink and head out to the balcony without disturbing anyone! The adjoining master bathroom boasts a double granite vanity, Jacuzzi tub, private toilet closet, and walk-in shower.

The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a lovely view of the Halifax River below. The third bedroom has two full beds with a full bathroom located adjacent the two guest bedrooms.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
