The spacious and comfortable living area has enough seating for the whole family. Two matching recliners allow you a chance to stretch out and watch the ocean waves from the comfort of indoors. Enjoy expansive views of the beach from the floor to ceiling windows. There is a dehumidifier included in this unit to keep the environment comfortable throughout your stay. We have also included an air purifier within this unit to assure the highest air quality possible. Private washer and dryer are included with this unit. There are beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs in the laundry room to make a day at the beach enjoyable. You will also find a cooler in the laundry area. The balcony offers breathtaking views up and down the Atlantic coast. A table with 4 chairs provide comfortable seating while enjoying the sounds of the waves crashing ashore. The rear balcony has seating to enjoy expansive views of the inter-coastal waterway. You can also comfortably watch the kids play on the sport’s courts from this balcony. The oceanfront pool is heated and can be enjoyed even on a cool day in the Winter. A sauna is located on the first level of the building along with a game room and movie/book library. A gym and community room are also located oceanfront on the first floor of the building. There is one reserved underground garage parking spot (406) for you to use during your stay . The underground parking clearance is 6’2”. Additional free parking is also available on site as available.
