It’s a Small Fully Furnished Studio Apartment (365 Sqft) Ready to Use Apartment on the 07th Floor (with 2 lifts) with all the best amenities for the our premium guests. We would like to share it with the selected like minded guests to keep long term relationship with them. It’s a brand new furnished studio apartment so we request the guest to use the said property like your own house & keep it clean.

In the studio apartment we have given a double bed for a couple and one king size sofa bed with 2 puffies and wooden table in the apartment and 1 workstations given if some guest like to some office work while sitting on it.

It's a small well furnished cosy studio apartment with attached washroom with all the ultra modern amenities in the studio apartment. Our studio apartment is a couple friendly and private and noise free. Guests can book and relax here.

Note - Please note we don't have a washing machine in the apartment.

It is a privately owned compact studio apartment not a party place or hotel so don't expect services like hotel etc

other charges for extra services of required-
1) If guests require an extra complete set (i.e. 1 Bedsheet+ 2 sets towels + 2 quilt cover extra + 2 pillow covers) then for all these guests need to pay Rs. 500/- in advance which will be provided on the request made by the guest. These charges are optional

2) If guests require cleaning then the maid will be provided and she will do cleaning and will charge Rs. 150/- for the entire apartment cleaning like utensils , moping etc . These charges are optional.

3) For late check in like
6 pm to 8 pm - Guests need to pay INR 500/-
10 pm to 12 pm - Guests need to pay INR 750/-

Note - For any extra services guests need to inform on time so we can arrange accordingly and guests can do Paytm/Gpay/phonepe and service will be provided.
