It is a 3 Bhk apartment inside which this booking will provide you with one private bedroom with one private washroom. The kitchen, terrace area, and living room will be shared with other guests or hosts.

This room doesn't have a closed almirah, it is an open rack, which you can see in the photos, which is perfect for a short-term stay or a week's stay.

Super Quiet Neighborhood, away from all metro city noise, but close to shops/malls/metro/garden or any everyday necessity.

Other things to note
From today lift is under maintenance, so guests have to take the stairs to go to the apartment(4th Floor). It is a society's lift, but we are trying our best to get it fixed ASAP.

if you are going to decorate the place, contact us before making the booking!, Airbnb doesn't allow parties anymore, nor do we!
Note: This room is in a terrace apartment, so water pressure is a little bit slow. But it's manageable.

The hot water geyser is not yet installed, so we don't have a provision for hot water as of now.

Note: In accordance with Indian law, we will need to collect a copy of the passport and visa for international guests, and ID for national guests.

You will receive a pair of keys on arrival at the Apartment. Please treat the apartment as your own house not as a hotel. If you have any issues let us know we will try to solve them asap.

We are your host and cohost, we are not your personal caretaker. Don't get irritated at us when something feels wrong, we are also human giving a lot better service and rooms than most hotels here.

Here is how you can respect us too:

1. Don't smoke in the room, there is a full terrace area just outside your room, and you can smoke there.
2. While checking in don't make faces when we ask you to make a guest entry
3. don't call us every 2 min asking about basic things, we are all grown-ups, it is a house, just like yours.
4. something that doesn't seem right to you, you can object to us, but don't expect us to be a genie and appear at the next second in your room, we have jobs too. it is not a hotel, I hope my guest understands this.
5. Clean your utensils, please!
6. don't be rude! it hurts us a lot.
