The space
One guest walked in and called it their own personal Margaritaville. It's an accurate description — canal-front backyard, heated pool, tiki hut with bar and string lights, putting green, cornhole, jumbo Connect Four, and billiards inside. The group that doesn't find something to do here hasn't arrived yet.

The Outdoor Experience

The canal-front backyard is the centerpiece — layered with things to do and genuinely fun to be in all day. The full-size heated pool sits at the heart of it, clean, warm year-round, and large enough for the whole group. Guests have swum every single day and stayed outside well into the evening.

The tiki hut is where the group gravitates after the sun lowers — bar, lounge seating, dining table, Smart TV, and string lights that create a warm tropical glow. Guests have watched sporting events, hosted dinners under the lights, and called the evening tiki hut experience a highlight of the trip.

The putting green sits alongside the tiki hut. Cornhole and jumbo oversized Connect Four are set up in the yard. The backyard has canal views and a peaceful water backdrop — quiet, residential, and completely private.

A fully stocked bar cart with martini and wine glasses is ready when you arrive. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are included.

Pets are welcome. The yard is fully fenced.

Inside the Home

The interior is bright, vaulted, and well-appointed — soaring ceilings, quality finishes throughout, and an open-concept layout that keeps the group together when they're not outside. A 75" Smart TV and billiards table anchor the living space. Board games are stocked for evenings when the group wants something different.

The kitchen is fully equipped — quality cookware, coffee setup, dining table for six, and breakfast bar seating for five. Children's amenities are available — travel crib, high chair, and kid-friendly dinnerware for families with young ones. The house is fully stocked throughout — toiletries, coffee, laundry supplies, and everything a group needs to arrive and immediately settle in.

Every bedroom has a 55" Smart TV with Roku. Beds are made with premium mattresses and linens — sleeping comfort is called out consistently across reviews.

Both bathrooms are fully updated with smart bidet toilets — walk-in shower in one, bathtub and shower combination in the other. Lighted vanity mirrors throughout.

The Details Guests Mention

The tiki hut string lights at night create a completely different backyard experience from the daytime — guests consistently stay outside longer than planned. The billiards table has hosted multi-evening tournaments. The putting green keeps the competitive ones busy between swims. The jumbo Connect Four gets serious fast.

This property is also a popular base for FAU visits — parents, prospective students, and graduation groups have all used it for that purpose. The university is a short drive and the house gives the whole family a comfortable home base.

A Note on Getting Around

The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and residential — pleasant for morning and evening walks. A car or Uber is the right way to get to Atlantic Avenue, the beach, and everything Delray and Boca have to offer. Atlantic Avenue is 10 minutes by car. Boca Raton is 5-10 minutes south. The beach is 10 minutes.
