The Space:

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire house and outdoor areas. The only restricted areas will be the locked storage closets.



Other Things to Note:

There are 3 king beds, and 3 twin beds that are set up. We have an additional 4 twin beds that can be set up for larger groups. There are also several couches allowing a maximum sleeping occupancy of about 17 or 18. This is not a great house for any group larger than 18.





We offer guaranteed early check-in and late check-out for $100/Hr, send us a message with your desired times and we can provide additional discounts depending on the length of time.
