Ideal for both professionals and families, the Denver Chile House offers a fully furnished residence featuring four (4) welcoming bedrooms, a dedicated workspace for remote professionals, and a spacious kitchen table for quality family time. Nestled in a secure neighborhood with abundant parking, our location provides convenient access to highways, facilitating swift journeys to the mountains, and is just a 15-minute drive from Denver Airport (DIA).



The Space:

Keyless entry in a three level house.



We have walking paths and a neighborhood lake in our community. Reunion Coffee House is located at walking distance from our house. The area is great for walking or running.



Located North East of Denver, Reunion feels like we are close to it all but just far enough away to have the space and tranquility that you need to relax.



All beds include mattress protectors and ALL linens (including blankets and comforters) are washed and cleaned before every new guest arrives.

We understand this is Colorado, however there is NO SMOKING of ANY KIND (cigarettes, 420 or vaping, for example) inside or outside the home. Please be respectful of our neighbors. If smoke/420 odor is detected inside the home, you will be charged an extra $250.



* STRICTLY NO PARTIES - if you’re looking for a place to have a wild party - we aren’t the right fit



* OUTSIDE and INSIDE Quiet Hours start at 10:00pm, please enjoy yourself, we just want to respect our neighbors - we love them!



* Play music to your hearts content, but not at a level you can hear from outer space.

Our home was built in 2019



Furnishings and decor were purchased new and the space has been designed for comfort and function.



Our goal was to make the room a comfortable space with several personal touches.



Great for singles, families, couples, friends, or traveling professionals.



Guest Access:

You can access all rooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, backyard, and balconies.

Private, keyless entry

Car garage is available to use. Please be mindful of our neighbors and do not block the courtyard.

Street parking right in front of the house. Park at your own risk, we are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal items.

This is a Residential area. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

The Neighborhood:

We live in a new neighborhood great for a morning stroll away from the city with plenty of space for parking.



Getting Around:

A car is needed to move around.

Public transportation (bus stop) within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

Two (2) sets of Washer and dryer are included in your stay.

23 minutes to Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge

If you are looking for a specific date and really would like to stay with us, please don't hesitate to reach out directly!

Our home is air-conditioned for comfort. Typically in a home with three levels the lower levels can be a little cooler than the above. The thermostat control is located on the second floor. If you have any concerns on how to use it please send us a message. We are a quick text or "Hey!" away.

The rooms are fitted with brand new linens, blankets, and is cozy and comfortable. Feel free to open the windows for fresh air but close them when you leave.

We have a video camera doorbell outside of the home for security. There are no cameras inside the home.
