Rejuvenate in a Renovated Wash Park Garden House

A warm 1 bed/1 bath bungalow located in Wash Park, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Denver. This space features a cozy, modern style with a fully outfitted black and white kitchen, fast wi-fi and a smart tv. Plan an excursion into nearby downtown Denver, explore the local cafes and taverns or go for a scenic jaunt around the park. We are situated among stunning houses, a beautifully maintained park with two lakes, and winding trails for running and biking.

The space
This newly renovated suite is outfitted for all your needs. Start the day with an invigorating shower in a subway-tiled bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Enjoy french press, Keurig or drip coffee ensuite or visit local favorites.

Kitchen – live like a local and enjoy beautiful granite counters, professional series stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal, and all the cookware necessary to make a wonderful meal! Kitchen is stocked with coffee, creamers, sugar, seasoning and oatmeal and a welcome basket.

Dining room - sit down at a modern dining table, that will make the experience exciting and fun, or romantic and relaxing.

Living room - after a long day at work, exploring the city, or hanging out in the park, relax on the sectional couch and enjoy streaming channels from our Roku HD tv or chatting with your family and friends. The tv stand also holds books, recommendations for your visit to Colorado and several board games for those interested in some friendly competition. The sectional is equips with a memory foam full pull-out, or, if you prefer, there is a queen air mattress also available.

Bedroom - bedroom has a custom built, queen bed and black-out shutters that will ensure a full and satisfying nights rest. In the closet you will also find an ironing board, iron, extra pillows and blankets and ample room to hang your clothes while you are in town.

Second bed / sleeping space - a queen air mattress with extra linens, duvet and pillows can be found in the closet if additional sleeping space is needed.

Guest access
While staying at my home, you will have full, private access to the entire lower unit of my home (as you can see in the pictures). The garage is off-limits as it is used for personal storage when my home is rented to a guest.

*Please note that the house has two separate units and a couple lives in the upstairs unit, so please be respectful of noise.

-Just two blocks away from Washington (Wash) Park, a wonderful space for families and friends to enjoy outdoor recreation, picnics, evening strolls and afternoon bike rides and rollerblading. Explore paddle boarding or paddle boating in the park's lakes, or enjoy a scenic run amongst flower gardens and tree lined paths.
