I recently stayed at the Sonesta Denver Downtown, and I can’t say enough about the incredible hospitality I experienced. I was in town under very difficult circumstances—my father had been in a tragic train accident that left him paralyzed. Traveling alone and dealing with such an emotional situation was overwhelming, but the staff at Sonesta went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
From the moment I arrived, the level of service was outstanding. The restaurant staff, especially the morning crew, provided top-tier hospitality. One lady in particular (I regret not catching her name) even took care of my bill one morning—a gesture that meant so much.
Housekeeping was equally amazing. They kept my room immaculate and even left a care package in my room, which was such a thoughtful and much-needed surprise. It showed that they truly cared, not just about my stay but also about what I was going through.
The hotel itself was safe, clean, and top-notch. The location felt secure, and the rooms were well-maintained, providing the perfect space to rest during such a difficult time.
While the standard rating is five stars, I’d give them TEN for the way they went above and beyond. Whenever I return to Denver, I won’t even think twice about where to stay—Sonesta Denver Downtown has earned a lifelong customer. Thank you for making a tough time just a little bit easier.
