Selten in Oregon Coast zu finden!
Dieses neue Haus mit 10 Schlafzimmern und 8 Bädern sowie einem Kinosaal befindet sich in einem älteren, ruhigen Strandviertel, abseits der Hauptstraßen und des Verkehrs.

Das Hotel liegt in Lincoln Beach, südlich von Lincoln City, nur wenige Minuten vom Salishan Golf & Spa Resort und der Walbeobachtungshauptstadt Depoe Bay entfernt, wo Wale nur wenige Meter vom Ufer entfernt sind.

Der Strandeingang ist gleich um die Ecke vom Haus (ca. 600 Fuß) und ist einer der beliebtesten Surfstrände in der Umgebung. Das Haus bietet viel Platz zum Sammeln und Privatsphäre mit einem teilweise blauen Meerblick vom Hauptschlafzimmer und dem kilometerlangen Sandstrand.

Das Haus verfügt über 10 Schlafzimmer sowie einen privaten Medienraum und 8 Badezimmer mit kontinuierlichem Warmwasser, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihnen nie das Warmwasser ausgeht. Alle 13 Königinnen / Könige verfügen über neue luxuriöse europäische Pillow-Top-Matratzen und luxuriöse Bettwäsche. Kein Etagenbett oder Schlafsofa im Haus macht es perfekt für Tagungen und Firmengäste gleichermaßen. Kein Schritt in die Hauptebene macht es auch perfekt für Menschen mit Mobilitätsproblemen.

Die Hauptebene verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Bäder, einen Versammlungsraum, eine große Küche, ein Esszimmer, eine Wäscherei, ein beheiztes Schwimm-Spa und einen Whirlpool, sodass Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität aktiv mit dem Rest der Gruppe in Kontakt bleiben und sich nur wenige auf ihr Zimmer zurückziehen können Füße entfernt, wenn gewünscht.

Der Versammlungsraum verfügt über 3 Sofas, einen Liebessitz, Stühle und Hocker, die einen großen Gaskamin umgeben, und einen 70-Zoll-Fernseher, sodass dieses Haus ideal für Fußballspiele und Feiertagsveranstaltungen ist.

Der Küchen- / Ess- / Versammlungsbereich ist offen für Unterhaltung, sodass Ihre gesamte Gruppe interagieren und mit viel Platz für alle unterhalten kann. Die professionelle Küche verfügt über einen großen, 2,80 m langen Quarztisch / eine große Insel, der / die gleichzeitig als Konferenztisch mit Blick auf den Gaskamin und einen 70-Zoll-Fernseher für Besprechungen, Präsentationen oder den Austausch von Familienvideos fungiert. Genießen Sie Filme auf Netflix, Blu-Ray und direkt von Ihrem Smartphone aus.

Die Küche verfügt über moderne Schränke, Quarzarbeitsplatten und Viking Professional-Geräte mit einem 5-Flammen-Gasherd, der Kochgeschirr in Restaurantgröße, 2 Backöfen, 2 Geschirrspüler, 2 Mikrowellen, 2 Edelstahlkühlschränke, Kleingeräte, Kochgeschirr, Geschirr, 2 Waffeleisen, Kaffeemaschinen und Mehr.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein offener Billardraum und ein kleiner Medienraum mit 2 Ledersofas, 4 weichen Sesseln und einem 50-Zoll-Fernseher, damit Erwachsene entkommen oder die Kinder stundenlang mit Spielen und Filmen unterhalten können.
Es gibt 6 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Der Master verfügt über einen Whirlpool mit durchsichtigem Kamin und Meerblick. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize- oder Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-Kabel-TV. Einige Zimmer haben 2 Königinnen.

Der beheizte 19-Fuß-Pool befindet sich neben dem Deck und bietet einen einstellbaren Strom von 0 bis 950 Gallonen pro Minute, der selbst die besten Schwimmer herausfordert. Der Whirlpool bietet Platz für 8 Personen mit vielen Düsen und separater Heizung, um den Whirlpool und das Schwimmen zu halten Spa bei idealen Temperaturen. Der Deckbereich verfügt über einen Gasgrill, Ess- / Versammlungstische im Freien und eine Feuerstelle mit intensiver Beleuchtung, um die Abende zu unterhalten.

Nice place. Close to beach but no view. The trail from the street to the beach was difficult. At 72, I only navigated once with help. All else was great! Everyone had a wonderful time.

Enjoyed having so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well set up for large group. Also enjoyed the big hot tub. Short walk to nice beach.

We had a wonderful time with family. The large house made it easy for everyone to move around comfortably. We were disappointed with the lack of supplies. We spent time running to the store for garbage bags, foil, dish rags, dish towels, general cleaner, shampoo, soap for the showers and laundry soap. One towel and wash cloth was not quite enough for our 5 day stay so we needed to stop and do laundry.

I've rented twice and this house continues to impress. Absolutely perfect for a larger group! Very short walk to non-crowded beaches. Furniture and beds are very comfortable! On top of the obvious wow factor, the owner is amazing to work with. Well done...we'll be back!

We had a great time here. The many bedrooms allowed our group of 19 (5 families) to each have privacy when needed. Many bathrooms as well - it was nice to shower when I wanted without negotiation. Some of us had only been acquaintances prior to the weekend. The kitchen has plenty of appliances, but access to the cooking areas, sink and one fridge is choked by the very long table. It is built-in so there is no way to improve the access. The kitchen also lacked some cooking basics like olive oil and a 9x11 baking pan. Ask about the hot tub if you plan to visit. The swim portion was functional for us but the hot tub area with seating was empty of water. The cover is incredibly heavy and takes two strong adults to move. There were some additional bumps along the road that probably only happened to us but nonetheless impacted our stay.The management company did not email me with the necessary process to get the access code. The process was getting an email from the east coast management company with the phone number of the local pacific coast representative who would then text the access code to the renter. But I never got the email. It took three weeks hone calls and an hour of delay before we got into the house!Additionally, one of the two ovens did not reach the set temperature… ever. And the other oven had some residue in it that set off the (interconnected) smoke alarms any time it was used - even without food in it. Bring earplugs?

It was a great property. Liked the baths with bedrooms. Not enough paper towels or trash bags. They don't travel well on planes!! We didn't realize there were only 3 pool towels.. again, space in luggage. The smoke alarms are super sensitive...just turn on a burner, and they go off!! A couple people didn't have access to the beach due to the climb, but the kids loved it; even flew new kites one evening. Everyone enjoyed the spa, but those covers are HEAVY! We even roasted marshmallow over the firepit. We had 15 people consisting of 4 generations from 4 states!! They enjoyed it enough, they want to do it again somewhere else.

Clean and well equipped.

Overall it was very nice and accommodated all our needs. We did have 3 small children in the group. The fact there were no screens on the upstairs windows is a hazard. For safety reasons, you really should get screens on them. Other than that, it was a great place to stay, and everyone I had contact with was very helpful.

The beach was a short walk away and we took advantage of the beach time between rain storms and then warmed up in the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were comfortable. Overall had a great time even on a rainy weekend at the coast.

Christmas getaway

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our large group of adults. The kitchen and large eating area was great. The living area was not large enough for the occupancy of the house. Fireplace did not work. Another table for smaller groups to play games would have been nice. Beach access was not great. Neighborhood ok. Property manager was outstanding and always available and helpful.

Great for large groups

Every year my family goes to the Oregon coast for a long weekend together. We used to stay at a house that was quite large, right on the ocean, with windows all across the front. We missed that feeling of being right there, but the walk was not hard. This house definitely has plenty of space. It also has a pool and hot tub which came in very handy for the kids; we didn't have to all walk to the beach every day for the kids to be able to have s one fun in the water. The kitchen is enormous, and well stocked. It is where we hung out for games and socializing, as the actual living area was not large enough for everyone. This house does NOT have air conditioning. Normally this isn't a problem; it just happened to be a rather warm and humid weekend when we went. We would go again; primarily for the size and number of bedrooms.

Pros: The layout, number and size of beds, number of bathrooms, kitchen/great room - all excellent and met our needs for 16 adults perfectly.Cons: Communication was lacking. I had to reach out several times to get information and I feel that the information should have been provided beforehand. For example: I called for the code to the house and was told it would be sent to me via text on the day I was to arrive. I had to call again as I was driving there, only to learn that my house was not going to be ready upon my arrival. Joe offered to buy dinner which was nice but then we get to our house only to find out we got moved to the house next door (both owned by you and identical in layout but still...).The other communication issue that stands out was the parking. We had arranged to use the neighboring house parking a week in advance as it was not rented out yet. When we arrived, the other house had been rented and we had no overflow parking- since I had made this arrangement with Joe, I would have expected that he would have let me know he rented out the house next door and we no longer had overflow parking as we then had to scramble to make other arrangements.One more side note: I had called to find out if we could bring our dog as she had just had knee surgery and just needed to be crated and loved on and was told that no pets were allowed in any of your properties. The house next door had FOUR dogs!!I did send a list of suggested household needs to Joe......

What a perfect house to gather together. Our family traveled from Alaska, North Dakota, Iowa and Indiana to spend the week. There was room throughout this entire house for everyone. The great room and kitchen were incredible for cooking, eating and conversation. The kitchen itself was fabulous and so well appointed. We all enjoyed preparing meals and having room to be together. The swim spa was a delightful addition to everyday, especially for the youngest people in our group. While theweather was cool for ocean swimming but the children found the spa perfect. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end each day as the ladies seemed to gravitate there while the guys enjoyed the fire pit for laughter and conversation. We all enjoyed exploring the coastal area everyday with much to see and do and the location of this marvelous house made it all so easy and possible. All were comfortable each night with rooms and beds for everyone. Thank you to the owners for their kindnesses and attention to detail and allowing us to share this space to make memories to last a lifetime!

Group of 13 ladies annual trip

The home is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The fireplace is nice. There were enough dishes for 20 people. Our group has come to the beach annually for 28 years. We loved the size of this house. We loved the size of the table and the ability to all sit together for meals.The not so good: swim spa was not heated as well as the pool. We had to wait a day to soak. The cover was so heavy it took 4 people to uncover and cover the hot tub. The tub was dirty with sand and debris. 1 oven did not work, 1 microwave did not work, some tvs did not work, table and stove location caused a small fire. None of the toilets flushed properly. The back had to be taken off the toilets for every flush. Ther was only 6 partial rolls of toilet paper. There was not a blow dryer to be found out of 8 bathrooms. No DVD player in the living room. There were 2 wash clothes, a few hand towels and not enough towels for a house that sleeps 20. There was only 6 beach towels as well.We will not be revisiting this house.

This house is built for large groups

Great beach house that was built for accommodating large groups. It seemed like the bedrooms kept going and going and many had their own bathrooms. The large kitchen with the huge quartz table, two microwaves, two refrigerators, and two dishwashers was perfect. Very short walk to the beach. Advice to owner: Be clearer on the location of the house in the listing. It's listed as Lincoln City but it's not in Lincoln City, it's 10-15 min South in Lincoln Beach. The address in the listing points to downtown Lincoln City, but it's not until you receive the contract do you know it's outside of Lincoln City. Also, a welcome/instruction packet would have been nice. We searched everywhere for the wifi info before finding it taped to a shelf in a closet. There were no instructions on checkout except for where to put the garbage (i.e. thermostat, sheets, towels, etc.). BUT those things didn't affect our great experience, this is just to help other renters in the future. Thanks for a great time!

Quiet location, large home

This was a beautiful home. We only rented one side. Opening the windows lets cool air come in, and you should keep your windows open at night. However, the people who rented the house next door were partyiers—talking loudly and drinking until midnight for the first few nights. This made it hard for people whose rooms were closest to leave their windows open for fresh air. The furniture was fine. The beds are soft, which I like, but everyone has a favorite bed type. My main complaint is the kitchen fan. It did not work. Joe (the staff overseeing the property) immediately sent a worker to address it. Unfortunately, the worker said it was broken and needed a total replacement (which would take some time after we left, given the required time to get a replacement). That meant every day, at every meal (2-3 times a day), the smoke alarms would go off when we fried food or used the oven. When we boiled water for noodles, it did not go off. Other times, it went off. I hope this is fixed as it was inconvenient. The trick to reduce the length of noise was opening ALL the windows on the 1st floor and the door closest to the backyard/patio. We also had someone stand close to the smoke alarm closest to the back door and fan it to reduce the time it would go off. If the fan is fixed and there are quiet neighbors, the walk to the beach is worth it. Note: the walk isn't safe for someone with mobility issues as the area is currently being cared for to prevent erosion.

Surfer’s Beach Retreat Just a Fair Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was unseasonably warm and sunny, the location is good when speaking of it’s proximity to beaches, parks, attractions but the neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired, trashy yards as you enter from the highway, very rundown houses/rentals and it was very concerning as we approached the house. Parking is very tight especially considering this place is supposed to accommodate 20 people and there is no on street parking. There is an identical unit next door, which they don’t tell you, you basically share the yard with. Our neighbors, were up until past midnight each night they were there with the flood lights on, which shone directly into 5 of the bedrooms. They were also loud and smoking all the time they were out there. We tried to intervene each night but got no where with them. When we arrived the garbage cans were over filled with bags of garbage all over the yard. We were instructed to put the cans out on Sunday night but not the overfill, which would have filled the 2 cans again and would have left us no room for our garbage. Some of our group got up and spoke with the garbage collectors and got them to take all of the extra bags which we had to gather and take out to the road to get collected. The second day were were there one of the on suite bathroom toilets backed up and we were accused of putting a diaper down the toilet, funny we didn’t have any children in diapers in our group. It took them 2 days to get that issue fixed. 2 smoke detectors were totally missing, one was in a bedroom. As mentioned in other reviews multiple windows, almost half, do not have screens. I specifically asked about that prior to our stay and was told that the upstairs windows should not be opened for “safety” because someone could fall out a window, even with a screen....and if we needed to be cooler we should use the air conditioning to cool down. Home needs a good cleaning and a remodel otherwise great location
