Great Summer Weekend Getaway

This was a wonderful place for our girls weekend getaway. With life being so demanding at times this was the perfect spot to unwind, relax and rest. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, very inviting and cozy. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to grocery stores and other shopping stores. The kitchen was well equipped which made cooking very easy, rooms were spacious and accommodating to our group. The game room was a big plus, very entertaining and lots of fun. Our favorite part of the house, the pool. We spent all afternoon swimming and relaxing, had lunch outside and in the evening continued relaxing in the spa while having beautiful conversation with the girls. Overall our stay was a delightful experience. Highly recommend booking this place for a lovely summer getaway. Communication with host was easy and would stay here again!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed out stay! The only thing I wished were a little different was the uber trips in to Palm Springs. They were about 40 one way, but we could have also rented a car. The house was wonderful and communication with the owner was great!

Beautiful views and something for everyone

We had a family of 10 from age 15 to 82 and all had a wonderful time. The outdoor space was wonderful and the game room entertained us all. Great location with beautiful views. The host was attentive and easy to work with. We would all stay again!!

Great house, lots of barking dogs

The house is great. Our family especially loved the game room and pool. George was great. Very responsive and professional. It costs 100/day to use the pool, which I think should have been communicated up front. Biggest drawback for us was that the neighbors have two German shepherds that barked for no reason late at night and early in the morning. We all woke up at 6:30 every morning because of barking dogs. That part was brutal. Everything else was great.

Great Place

Nice place. It was easy to get around to the neighboring communities. The game room is nice. The only negative we had was the first night we realized we need to take care to allow people bathroom use. One bathroom is in the primary bedroom, and those people went to bed earlier, so 6 of use had to deal with one restroom. After that, there were absolutely no issues. I highly recommend.

Incredible backyard

30 minutes from everything we wanted but we knew that! We chose the property due to backyard and it was totally worth it! The house is well equipped and it was perfect for 10 of us!

Beautiful property to call home for the stay in Palm Springs.

Property is beautiful and spacious, well maintained. I think a manual on things like wifi info, pool controls, bbq control, etc. would be helpful. We were able to figure it out with some question to property owner, who was very quick to respond. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming again and recommending it to others.

Book this place, for sure!

This place is amazing. We are very glad we booked this house. We had a larger group, and this was the perfect size. The house, inside and out, is roomy enough to fit everyone. Everything inside worked perfectly. The kids and adults all enjoyed the game room. It is the perfect place to go to especially in the evening after everyone is done with the pool. The outside pool area is beautiful. It's new, modern, and clean. The pool is large enough for everyone. There is a bbq grill and enough seating options. The host is the best. He is readily available and communicates back very quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, entertaining, clean stay!

Gevorg’s home was such a wonderful choice!! We all the built in entertainment: pool, hot tub, poker table, billiards/pool table, foosball, and board games. The neighborhood was safe with ample parking and various dining options around the area. Property was very clean and communication with the owner was timely. Wonderful Home

We celebrated Christmas with our children and grandchildren from out of state. This house was perfect and gorgeous mountain views from the backyard. The pool/jacuzzi was awesome day and night, we enjoy lots of laughs by the gireput too. This home had everything we needed and more. Amazing host and very responsive to questions. The game room was a blast lots of lovely memories together as a family.

Great weekend home.

House was clean upon arrival. Communication was clear. Pool took a bit to warm up but once it did it was great. Check out expectations were clear and easy to follow. Would love to stay again.
