Check out our spacious 4 bed 2 bath home! Nestled in the Desert Hot Springs area, our home is the perfect destination for some serious relaxation! Take a short trip to downtown Palm Springs or enjoy the pool in our private backyard. For bigger groups, our home has 2 living rooms and 2 dining spaces so you can spread out the festivities. This home boasts a pool/spa, multiple TV's, game room with pool table and other fun!!



The Space:

This is a dreamlike location with incredible decor and atmosphere, the perfect backdrop for your trip. Our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from making coffee in the morning, to pouring a glass of wine to end your day, to looking out at the breathtaking sunsets from the backyard..



** Pool Heating **

Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The price is $100/night. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay.





**Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time. Thus, if you would like the spa heated, please note that the pool may cool down quickly due to the cold temperatures in the desert.





The property comes with a swimming pool, game room (with pool table), BBQ grill and patio furniture to maximize your fun all year round. Our rooms also have smart TVs. All of our TVs come with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Youtube TV and Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.



Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night.

While you’re staying here, this home is your private oasis. We use a keyless entry system, so you can come any time after check-in and enter using your unique access code.



Other Things to Note:

***Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***



If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.



Please note that the pool and spa cannot be used during quiet hours starting at 10pm.



We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.





Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.



We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.



No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.



Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.
