We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available for your use in the unit (or you can purchase a large set on the beach during summer months). On the first level, the kitchen is fully equipped for a family or group of 6. It is updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to prepare delicious meals and has extra bar seating. This level also provides a dedicated workspace if needed, free, fast Wi-Fi, and your own washer and dryer in the condo. From the living/dining room space, you have views of the beach and ocean from every angle. Walk out to the balcony to enjoy amazing views of the Gulf where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises or sunsets.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. Winter can accommodate longer rentals, but please inquire with Customer Service for requirements and rates. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. This is a non-smoking condo. Renter must be at least 25 to rent.
