Features a full game room with classic arcade games, 2 wet bars, 2 balconies, and new paint, furnishings, TV's, and décor! Fun & Luxury!!

The space:

Amazing community location within 1 mile of 57 Restaurants, 18 Attractions, and the crystal sandy beaches of Destin!! Amazing corner lot! Resort style pool with hot tub and bar! You have full use off the entire 3,000 sq. ft. home with private 3 car driveway parking! This beach daze home has been completely renovated as of March 2021! This first floor offers a king bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with bar area, dining area, laundry room, and an amazing open living area! The 2nd floor offers a luxurious king master bedroom with your own PRIVATE BALCONY!! It has a comfy sitting area with a large TV! There is full walk in bathroom with another TV, wet bar, built in closet, and crib area. 2nd king bedroom and bathroom. The 3rd floor is where all the FUN happens...entire game room with a classic pinball machine, arcade racing machine, multi classic 2 player machine that includes all your favorites, Marvel vs Capcom machine, karaoke machine, and X-Box with a drawer full of games!! This fun filled floor also has 2 separate bunk bedrooms with a full bathroom, wet bar, 2nd laundry room, and huge covered balcony with great views!! CHECK OUT THE PICS!! The entire house sleeps 16 and can accommodate 10 adults and 6 children as 4 of the beds are bunks. The Villages of Crystal beach is one of the only communities in Destin that provides FREE shuttle service "Sandy Express" to and from the beach during the "peak" season! This is also one of the few homes in the Destin area with an Electric Vehicle Charger at no extra cost! Reminder: This is a NON SMOKING property!

Guest access:

The Oasis pool is wonderful and large compared to the number of homes in the community. There is also a hot tub spa in the pool area along with a tiki bar. Arm bands will be furnished and must be worn on the property in the pool area at all times. There is also a shuttle service that runs to the beach and back until 4:30 pm during peak season.

Other things to note:

This is one of the few homes in the Destin area with an Electric Car Charger for Tesla/Leaf/EV's!! Note that there is only room for 2 large vehicles in the driveway. It can fit 3 small to medium size vehicles. Parking on the street is prohibited. They will have vehicles towed. There is an overflow community parking area around the pool, but it is limited in spaces and not guaranteed. Golf carts are not allowed in the Villages, this includes rentals. THERE IS NO SMOKING at all on this property! Not in the home, on the patios, or in the driveway. This is non flexible, as we stay there often as a family and I have family members with severe asthma. Please respect this rule or your deposit will be forfeited and you can be asked to leave. Also this is not a Pet friendly home. No Pets allowed. Thank you.
