Dieses 3-stöckige Haus verfügt über 7 Schlafzimmer und 7 Badezimmer. Es umfasst auch Wohn- und Unterhaltungsbereiche im ersten, zweiten und dritten Stock. Gehen Sie anderthalb Häuserblocks zu einem der schönsten Strände von Destin oder genießen Sie die Privatsphäre Ihrer eigenen großen Terrasse, Ihres Grills und Ihres beheizten Pools!

Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie auch 2 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Bad.

Beim Aufstieg in die zweite Ebene finden Sie oben auf der Treppe einen Entspannungsbereich mit Kinderspielen, einem Fernseher und einem Queen-Sleeper. Auf dieser Etage befinden sich auch 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafraum mit jeweils einem eigenen Badezimmer. Gehen Sie weiter in die dritte Etage und genießen Sie den Wohnbereich, der für Jung und Alt ein großartiger Treffpunkt ist. Dieser Bereich verfügt über eine Couch / Liege, einen Fernseher und einen Pub-Tisch, der sich perfekt für Spiele eignet. Schauen Sie vom Balkon im dritten Stock auf den Gemeinschaftsbereich. The house was awesome and worked great for our large family. My only complaint is that were super excited about the six passenger cart, and our first ride a tire blew, he did send us another golf cart, 4 passenger the next day, but I just feel like the tires should have been checked before stay. They were completely bald and should have been replaced a long time ago

Perfect Home Close to the Beach!

We loved the saltwater pool, access to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants were all walkable but the golf cart allowed up to explore the beachfront and do larger grocery runs when needed! 10/10 property. The owners/maintenance team were responsive and quick with everything we needed.

Beautiful property

This home is beautiful and as described in the VRBO app. Everything was neat, clean, and ready for us upon arrival. The property was in a quiet neighborhood, within walkind distance of the beach and several other shops, restaurants, and activities. The beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach toys were a nice touch. The pool was the perfect size for us and was glad to have paid to have it heated as the ocean was a bit chilly this tme of year. The kids were rarely seen outside the pool! The only downfall would be the lack of every day supplies, ie: dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, paper towels, kleenex, etc. I understand these are expensive and were mentioned in the initial agreement. It's just really hard to bring those itemswith us when flying in from halfway across the country. Maybe could offer a "package" for those types of renters. All in all, we had a fabulous time with family and will return!

We had 10 adults (5 couples) for our trip and the house was perfect! We actually didn’t even use two of the bedrooms so tons of space. The kitchen had anything and everything you could need. The extra fridges were so nice for extra storage. Pool area was great - we did pay to heat the pool and it was definitely worth the extra cost. Super quick walk to the beach. Owner was quick to respond to all questions both during the booking process and arrival/departure. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house!!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family - we went for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and had 13 people ages 4-71. The house had absolutely everything we needed or could have needed! The owner and property manager were both very responsive. We had an Amazon package delivered to the locked mailbox and they came to retrieve it for us right away! The pool area was perfect with a ton of outdoor seating and an abundance of pool and beach toys. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

AMAZING FAMILY VACAY!

Our big family of 8 adults and 6 kids had an amazing time at this vacation beach house! It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time at the beach. It was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone to be able to spread out. There were so many extra little amenities, such as extra beach towels, beach chairs, wagons, sand/pool toys, and a bags game that was such a nice plus! The location to the beach was excellent. It was an easy walk, but we were glad we decided to rent the golf cart to make it a little easier to get everything and everyone down to the beach. The kids loved the pool and we were so glad we paid the little bit extra to have it heated. It was perfect. 10/10 recommend this house! Our kids are already talking about coming back and staying here again!

Christmas 2024

Our family has spent Christmas together for over 20 years. As the family has grown we’ve needed larger homes to accommodate all of us. The Destin house was the best place yet. If we could pick it up and plunk it in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area it would be the best of all worlds. We had a great time and the long ride was worth it.

Our experience

We’ve vacationed quite a few times on the emerald coast & have always had the best time. This was our first time renting in this area & based on photos & house description it seemed to fit what our group was looking for. We were disappointed with a lot of things but once you’re finally in your vacation rental there’s not much you can do about things aside from dealing with it the best you can to enjoy your vacation. These are just a few things we encountered during our stay. When initially arriving & walking into the house there is a distinct mold/chemical/lack of air circulation smell..walking through the house one of the bathrooms had mold covering the ceiling. I had reached out & contacted the host, we were told that they had no idea but would send someone out. (Cool…I guess no one does an actual walk through to check everything is ok before renting out the place) the property manager came out..walked into the house..said hello and seemed to know exactly where to go & what to spray without asking anyone anything..but again, they had “no idea”. The bed sheets smelled horrendous. I literally sprayed the bed with perfume every night and it barely made a difference..when our stay was over and we stripped the bed there was an orange stain on the mattress cover..guess that explained the smell. The other rooms mentioned a gross smell as well but their mattress pads seemed ok. Our shower had hair on the walls before use. Ants all over the pool area. 5 people left very sick.

Amazing family vacation!

We had an amazing stay at this property. There was enough space for everyone to have their own room and the pool was absolutely fantastic. We had one small issue with the main floor A/C but the maintenance crew responded within 10 minutes! We would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary by taking our children and grandchildren to Destin the week of 7/20 - 7-27. This property was perfect. The pool was a big hit with everyone, we had 2 minor issues that Nick took care of immediately and I can’t say enough good things about the owners and this property

The home couldn’t have been better. We had our mother with us and with 2 bedrooms on 1st floor it made this perfect for her. Also the kitchen was so spacious and open. Family Getaway

This beautiful home will not disappoint!! Plenty of space for 17 of us in the open floor plan on the first floor!! The second floor was great for the older Grandkids!! Gave them their own space but 2 bedrooms close by for their parents. The third floor was perfect for our daughter & son-in-law with our one & three year old Grandbabies. We weren’t able to swim in the ocean the first 3 days but the pool kept the kids busy & it was kept very clean. We were also impressed with the amount of chairs by the pool, something that you don’t usually see. The big covered porch with the nice picnic table was used quite a bit!! Short walk to the beach, restaurants & shopping accessible by golf cart. This was the PERFECT home away from home!!

A wonderful house for a big family!

We had a wonderful stay! We brought four generations of family together! The house is nicely appointed and thoughtfully stocked with anything you could need from kitchen supplies to pack and plays and toys for the kids. The pool was a hit with our family as we were there on a very busy weekend! We did the beach early and then came back to the privacy for our own space to play the rest of the day! We cooked two nights, once with the grills and really enjoyed our time together! The host was easy to reach and work with and we did have smoke detector start beeping on our last night and the PM was there within an hour with a new battery! Couldn’t ask for anything more!! Enjoy this beautiful home! It’s worth it!!

This was a perfect place to stay. We were 20 minutes from our venue and very close to the beach. Loved Camille's for coffee and treats. The distribution of the house was perfect for us. Sunshine family reunion

My husband and I live in northern Minnesota; our kids live all over and all of my children loved the idea of a beach family reunion…I found this beach house and saw the great reviews and the accommodations especially the idea of the king beds for each couple in our family (5 couples) with their own private bathroom..we had 20 all together (10 grandchildren) and we all had our own space! The pool was great, the beach access was wonderful and we loved the residential aspect so we could take walks..As the families arrived they all were amazed with this home..they all loved it and we had the most memorable family reunion! My only complaint is the dishwasher and garbage can location.. wish the garbage pull out was at the end of the L shape and the dishwasher next to the sink.. One more thing ; we had an issue in one bedroom with a power outage; I texted Gary about it and within the hour a maintenance crew was knocking on our door!! Thank you Gary and Susie..we are hoping to come back!!

My family and I had a blast. The place was beautiful. The location was close to the beach and the equipment and wagons for the beach were awesome. The only tiny complaint I have is the lack of nice cookware. The nonstick frying pans all had scratches in the coating because there weren't any nylon or silicone utensils. Other than that, the place was amazing and I would definitely rent from this host again.

Family Getaway

We recently stayed at this property with our family, which included 8 adults and 9 children from 9 months to 10 years old. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The house had everything we needed and more. I think everyone agreed that the beds and pillows were comfortable. It was the perfect location and just a short walk to the beach. The heated pool allowed the kids to swim the entire time from sunrise to sunset. We would definitely recommend this property to others and if we are ever in the Destin area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Beautiful home and the owners were very responsive to our many questions. Book the house, you won’t regret it!
