Please be aware that the Dolphin Point complex is currently undergoing exterior restoration in phases based on building. Work is expected to continue until August 2026. Occupants will experience dust, debris and noise during business hours and see construction activity in the various areas of the complex. The balcony of 602A will be inaccessible April-August of 2026. the unit inaccessible for part of May 2026. In light of these temporary inconveniences, we have adjusted our rates to offer you the best value during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.***

*Please note that there is a parking charge of $50 per stay, which covers one vehicle. Guests will receive an email to register and pay for their parking prior to arrival. Each unit is allowed up to two vehicles.

Dolphin Point on Holiday Isle is a quiet, low-rise condominium complex of three buildings offering three different, gorgeous views. Enjoy the condominium pool, tennis court, and laundry facilities at the end of each hall by the elevators. Located next to the Destin Harbor, this condominium is a wonderful getaway for boat enthusiasts and beach lovers alike with amazing views of boats going into and out of the harbor plus a short walk to the sugar white beach.

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
