This fabulous 3-story home features 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably. Beautifully decorated with soothing beach décor, this incredible home was designed to provide your group with an unmatched beach experience. It features hardwood flooring throughout, gorgeous ship lap, multiple living areas and balconies, a stunning private pool and deck area with plenty of seating, and Gulf Views from the 3rd floor balcony! There are 3 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom which each feature private ensuite bathrooms. There is also a bunk bedroom with 2 queen over queen bunkbeds, as well as a sofa sleeper in the living area on the 2nd floor. The grand master suite encompasses the entire 3rd floor and features a huge balcony, living area with twin over full bunkbed and kitchenette, as well as a spacious ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity sinks.

Relax poolside on the large back deck or hop on the bikes and head down to the beach anytime you want, only 150 yards away. Hungry? Less than a mile away, you’ll find Camille’s, 790 on the Gulf, The Crab Trap, and Destin Commons outdoor mall. Area Attractions:

Crystal Beach is a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. Walk to close by restaurants such as the award-winning 790 Inn on the Gulf or Camille's, get your fro-yo on at U-Twirl Frozen Yogurt, or learn how to ride the waves at All-A Board Surf School.  

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Family trip

Our entire family had a wonderful time during our stay at your home. The accommodations were perfect for our family (my 2 daughters, their husbands and their 6 children, ages 8, 7, 7, 5,,5, and 3). The house is a perfect location from the Bach and ale close to business for grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. we loved the house and will return there next year if it is available.

Great for the second time!

This is the second Summer our friend group has stayed at this house. It’s such a great layout for a large group. We have 6 adults and 7 kids and between three families, so everybody has more than enough space. Close to things, but still a quiet enough low key part of town. We plan on booking again next year!

An emerald coast gem!

This property is very close to the beach and was perfect for our group, a mx of couples/singles. The property was clean and well decorated. The pool area had plenty of seating and was a nice mix of shade/sun and the grill was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the Destin area!

Great stay for multiple families

This is the perfect house to accommodate multiple families. The large pool area and close proximity to the beach are unbeatable. We had some trouble with the pool heater but the property manager was very responsive and the issue was quickly fixed. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Great location!

Our group loved this beach house! It slept 10 people comfortably. Every room has its own private bathroom. We loved cooling off in the pool after being at the beach all day. The only minor mishap was that the cable and internet went out on the last night that we were there. We would definitely rent again!

House was beautiful and better than we could have ever imagined. We were very pleased with the house and the proximity to the beach. Suggestions: Add microwave and coffee machine to the 3rd floor kitchenette. Have a broom to sweep floors with. All in all, was best place we have ever had pleasure of staying at beach.

Great big group house, close to beach!

We had a great time at this house! 3 families with 6 adults and 7 kids. Great layout. Lots of places to lounge, and plenty of room. It’s hard to tell sometimes how walkable a house is to the beach, and this was a very quick/easy walk. Beach access is right across the road a few houses down from you. Could’ve used a few extra basics in the kitchen, like dish towels, surface spray, and oven mitts, but overall very happy! Kids loved the pool! Also, had a great location to grocery stores and shops. Will definitely consider staying here again next year!

Great location and updated home

Upon arrival all three garbage cans were over flowing with previous guests trash. It might be suggested to check on these before future guests arrive. The home was very well stocked and the decor was very pleasing, although the mattresses were not as comfortable for a weeks stay in our opinion and the fitted bottom sheets didn’t quite fit properly. Our family enjoyed our stay and will consider staying with a RealJoy property again.

Great home by the beach.

My family enjoyed our stay at this home but the description stated there would be two king beds on the second level which it was not only one room did so it was very uncomfortable for couples to sleep in a smaller bed. Also the downstairs tvs lost connection a few times. Other than that it was a beautiful home and just a minute from the beach.

Amazing house and perfect location to the beach

Incredible house within walking distance to the beach. Our young kiddos could make the walk with no issues. The beach was never overly crowded either. The house was more than enough space for 12 people and every room had its own bathroom, which is always a plus. The pool at the house was heated (for a fee). The heat stopped working for a day and a half and the company was quick to get someone out to fix the issue and refund our money for those days. Great communication from RealJoy Vacations at all times. There were tons of things to go and do, all just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house it was huge and had plenty of room for the 8 people that were staying! The pool is beautiful unfortunately we were unable to enjoy it because there were some issues with the heating system which wasn’t a big deal Hurricane sally has just come though a couple of days before so we were expecting a lot of things to go wrong but it was a just a few things and the management team took care of most of it right away and what they couldn’t fix they explained why and gave us our refund for the pool heating! This is definitely a five-star home The only criticism I have is that it did not have a golf cart with it the home it would have made it perfect!!

Nesty and dirtiest property we ever stayed in. Bathroom were dirty. Kitchen was not clean at all.

Great space for multiple families

The set up the house was perfect. The pool was very nice and the location to the beach was great. The outside of the house needs a little touching up. It doesn't reflect how nice the inside looks. The house needs to be powerwashed. The backyard patio needs to be cleaned up and organized. All of the sofas and chairs inside the home needs to be washed or replaced with new slip covers. After the management company came to steam clean the furniture it didn't remove the stains but we felt comfortable Lounging around the house. Honestly the management company responded and addressed all our concerns expeditiously. They were easy to work with and very friendly. With a few small updates, this house would be outstanding. My family had a great time and looking forward to next year.

So so….

The location, size and lay out of this house was great! The pool was a great size for our bunch as well. The house, in particularly, the floors, need a deep cleaning. We had what my daughter calls, grocery store feet, from the floors. They were like this from day one. With a 16 month old baby, this was not good. The grill was out of propane. We called and were told it would be delivered the next day…it never happened. The grill itself was in very poor condition. I just think with the price of the rental on these homes, they should be clean and if a grill is offered, it should be in good working condition.

6-20-22 Overall stay was good, but was very disappointed in the stained & torn furniture and wobbly chairs (1st floor). I called Realjoy. Customer service rep Lisa, was super nice. She sent a guy to the house to check out our concerns and a gift card for reimbursement for the coffee pot. He took pictures and said he would have maintenance come out to fix the chairs. No one sat at the table due to the wobbliness . As of 6-25-22, no one had come. 6-22-22, the living room ceiling fan had stopped. I called Realjoy. They had us check the breakers, but it didn't fix the problem. They had maintenance come to check it out the next morning. He couldn't fix it. There were NO remotes for any of the fans in the house. He talked to his supervisor on the phone, and was told the owner had taken the remotes because they didn't work and new ones had been ordered. While he was there I showed him the condition of the chairs & furniture. He admitted he wouldn't sit on them either.He told me the owners had been at the house 10 days prior to our visit! Seriously? He would pass our concerns to his boss, Miranda. That was 6-23-22. As of 7-2-22, we have heard nothing. In reading reviews about this house, there were posts about the stained furniture and wobbly chairs from a YEAR ago! Here is an email from Maria at Lovejoy. I apologize that the unit did not come to what as you expected it to be. We understand the stains on the furniture may be unsightly, but in a vacation home, wear and tear of this nature is normal, but we cannot just replaced them immediately without owner's approval. We can bring this to the owner's attention and see if this is something that can be addressed in the future, but I'm afraid we can't do more than that during your stay. We can send a maintenance to have them repaired for you during your stay and send another staff to clean the grill. As of 6-25-22, no one had come. We were very disappointed in Marie's response. We have never stay at a rental with stained and torn furniture!! There's more & pictures, but ran out of room to post.

Beautiful home, beautiful pool, convenient walking distance to the beach

This home was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect space for our large group. The short walk to the beach was incredibly convenient and the large outdoor space around the pool made it easy to entertain kids when we weren't at the beach.

Loved the place!!!

Great place to stay with family and friends. I would say the parking situation is no very clear. And not a lot of toilet paper and napkins we ran out as soon as we got there. Other than that perfect!!! I would definitely re rent again
