What a cutie! Our super sweet 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Beach Front Condo makes a great place to spend your vacation in Destin on the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo accommodates 4-5 people. The bedroom is spacious and the furniture has been replaced recently. The living room is very inviting with great views of the gulf, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and features a pull out sofa. There are flat screen TVs with DVD players in both the living and bedroom along with some popular games. If needed, there is a twin size roll-away bed stowed in the bedroom closet. The kitchen is stocked with updated dishware, pots, pans, utensils, and stainless steel appliances.

The bathroom features a tiled shower, great lighting, and a new shower head that you can remove for washing sand off. You will love the roomy closet in the bedroom for hanging your dress clothes and storing your luggage. We have many hotel-like amenities such a iron/iron board, hairdryer, coffee pot, etc. You can even do laundry if you wish, located on the 4th and 6th floors, this is a pay per use service and it will take a credit card or coins. The seasonally heated pool is very nice with several lounge chairs for sunning or reading a good book around it. It is also a great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings after dinner. If you like a sauna, then you are in luck. There is a men's and women's available for use. There are many barbecue grills located in two locations on the sides of Holiday Surf. You will love the sugar-white sand beaches and emerald waters. This is some of the clearest water I have ever been in! I love sitting on the balcony for breakfast and taking in the gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. There are hooks to hang towels and swimsuits for drying on the balcony as well. You can go down the hall to one flight of stairs and take the sidewalk around to the beach or take the elevator down to the lobby and walk out passed the pool to the beach. You may get ice at the front desk in the lobby for a fee. There is also beach service for chairs and umbrellas available for a fee. Check with the beach service company located on the beach during the peak season for information. We have two basic beach chairs and an umbrella available for use in the closet off the kitchen. Cable and internet service is provided. The condo will be professionally cleaned and furnished with linens for you prior to your arrival. We are located close to popular shopping and dining places. Holiday Isle area is less crowded and very beautifully maintained. I can't wait to host you and yours this vacation and for many more to come!
