Sleeping 21 guests across seven bedrooms, this enormous beach house is perfect for your next large group event. Offering a private pool, plus all the nearby attractions, Lazy Bones has something for everyone!

Lazy Bones will welcome you in with its Florida charm and wrap-around porches. Inside, a calm color palette and natural light flooding the space provides a comfortable, spacious feel. Ample seating is offered in the living room with three couches and chairs so the whole group can gather and conversate or watch a movie, while kids will love the pay-to-play arcade game nearby! The eat-in kitchen is well equipped with a four burner gas stove, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and casual dining for six. Formal dining is also available nearby seating eight.

Most of your time will be spent on the amazing back patio that is fully decked with composite decking - no splinters! Guests can play in the pool or lounge poolside to soak up some sun.

Two bedrooms are available on the second floor - a twin/twin/twin bunk room, and the primary king suite. The king suite is spacious and features a living room with pull out couch, fireplace, and access to a large, wrap-around balcony. The private en-suite includes a soaking tub, shower, dual sinks, and water closet.
The third floor offers two more bedrooms. A king bedroom with direct access to a full, semi-private bathroom, plus access to the wrap-around balcony, and another king bedroom with a private bathroom.

For those that need more privacy, additional accommodations can be found in the carriage house. On the first floor a double queen bedroom is available that has a private bathroom. Upstairs, another queen bedroom and a twin/twin bunk room share a bathroom. This space features a full, eat-in kitchen as well.
