The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen was large with all the equipment needed. There was a great ice machine and coffee maker. There was enough room for us all to be together in the same space. The outside area was spacious with a grill we used several times. The heated pool was a big hit with the kids- they swam at least three times a day- in between the trips to the beach. We loved the golf cart too! Overall, a great place!

The house and location to the beach was excellent. Beds were very comfortable and the home was well equipped with everything needed for cooking. Rooms were spacious Grill on property was very handy for cooking out and available use of golf cart made short trips to beach, restaurants and stores convenient. Pool was clean and very private back yard. Highly recommend staying here and would do so again when back in Destin area.

Wonderful place

Home was in a perfect location, all amenities you would need, in clean and acceptable condition. The pool was a great substitute for the little ones when the beach was too crowded or hot. Ample space for everyone to relax as well! Only issue was the neighbors in the corner were more party people than the other homes which all seemed to be families like us. Nothing the owner can do about other homes guests though! Would definitely stay again!

Love This Place!

This was our second time at the property and we were returned with my parents, brother and his wife and son. You can’t beat the location given it is within a five minute drive to anything you could possibly need such as the grocery store, liquor store, convenience, store, etc. The walk to the beach is less than five minutes, and even faster if you take the golf cart. We love the flexibility of having the pool as a back up on days where it was really hot on the beach.The house is fully stocked with all the basics you may need to cook, plus a dual Keurig that makes regular brewed coffee, as well as K cup pods. The guys went fishing one day and brought home some snapper and mackerel, which we threw on the grill. Probably one of our most favorite meals at the house! Looking forward to returning to our favorite spot!

Great family or multi family home!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 3 separate families all with young kids and the house layout was perfect. It was nice for each family to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Also great pool and great location within quick walking distance to the beach. Would stay again and recommend to others!

Would Rent Again

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean and kitchen was well stocked. There are some obvious signs of wear on some of the furniture, but overall still nice. The pool was wonderful, especially with the heat and the location was great... Close to lots of things and a short walk to the beach.

Great Family Vacation

Sarah was very helpful and answered texts in a timely manner. The proximity to the beach was perfect for families with children. We could come back to the house quickly for naps, lunch etc. The pool was amazing and the outdoor shower helped keep the sand out of the house. There were plenty of activities nearby for all ages. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. We especially appreciated the high chair for our infant. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

We Loved It!

We spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Sarah was INCREDIBLY RESPONSIVE to all my questions. One of the best hosts I’ve had with VRBO, for sure! There were six adults and one teenager so the perfect amount of space for all of us. The house itself is great and we especially liked the fact that it has a main level master and WOW
 the bathroom in that room was pretty awesome! The kitchen area is well appointed everything you need to cook but there is nothing in the house in terms of seasonings/spices so you will have to pick up that stuff or bring with you if you’re able. There is both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. The refrigerator doesn’t make ice but there is a countertop ice maker that worked great. The golf cart and outside area around the pool were the big winners for us. We had so much fun taking the golf cart out for ice cream, to the beach or just cruising around the neighborhood. The 30’ pool itself was amazing and we spent a ton of time there after the beach! As everyone else says, the beach is SO CLOSE and five minute walk (maybe a block and a half). You can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach on a daily or weekly basis for around $60/day for two chairs and umbrella. The house has bath towels but no pool/beach towels. If you can’t bring your own, go up the street to the shopping center where Publix is and hit the ROSS store. I bought four, very plush bath/beach towels for less than $9 each! We’ll definitely be staying again!

Great family vacation house

My family and I stayed here over spring break, and it was a great house for us! Very spacious, enough room for everyone including 5 kids. There were a couple of things that went wrong with the house as sometimes happens but the hosts were on top of it. The fridge went out during our stay and the hosts reimbursed us for our groceries plus paid for our meal out. Additionally the washing machine stopped working and they had it replaced within 2 hours. The golf cart was perfect for getting all of our stuff to the beach and the kids loved the pool. Nothing but good things to say about this place!

Felt like home away from home!

Our stay in Destin was amazing. Sarah and Trevor were phenomenal to work with. Check-in was a breeze with no issues. The property was clean and very well kept. The pool heater was giving us some issue but Sarah was immediately on top of fixing it and very responsive via text to insure it was fixed and working properly. Sarah has even offered to refund the pool heater fee given the issue that we continually had. The pool heater was fixed by Wednesday afternoon. Sarah recommended some local restaurants to try and they did not disappoint! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone traveling to Destin to stay at this property. We had 6 adults and 5 kids ages 3, 6, 7, 8, and 8 staying thru the week Saturday to Saturday.

Great property and location...Loved having our own pool!

Family vacation with our adult kids, their spouses, in-laws and 2 grandsons. We couldn't have had a better place to stay on our first visit to Destin. Trevor and Sara were great to work with when we needed something! The golf cart came in very handy when running to the store, carry out lunch or to the beach. The beach is an easy walk, but the convenience of not having to carry our beach gear was an added bonus. The house, pool and outside area were clean and tended to well. It was great to be able to come back from the beach, use the outdoor shower to get the sand off and cool off in the pool. The grandsons loved the beach, but the pool was obviously their favorite. This will be the first property we check availability on if we go back to Destin!
