This fabulous townhome is the closest to the dune walkover of any at Southbay. It is less than 50 feet to our private protected beach! Yes, we own our beach at Southbay so there are never any access issues. It is so close that we don't even take a cooler, walking back and forth between our townhome and the beach for drinks, lunch and restroom breaks only takes seconds. We Include 2 beach chairs and an umbrella March 1-October 31.
Itâs Freshly remodeled with 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths, including a brand new for 2025 master bath that is expanded for maximum space. It even comes with a private parking spot directly in front of the door. There is plenty of additional parking for additional cars, just a little further away.
All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and the living area is downstairs. The beach is right outside the back door.
The dune walkover and the beach are right off the patio and are just steps away. No streets or even parking lots to cross! Itâs grass straight to the boardwalk.
South Bay by the Gulf is a gated community and our beach is privately owned by the Southbay HOA. Beach access is restricted to just owners and guests. We have 2 pools, one about 10 units away and the other is on the north side of the lake. The tennis and pickleball courts are just across the parking lot from our front door. There is no longer a grill on the back patio. We have a park style grill in the grass now.
Pancakery, Chick fil A, Que Pasa and numerous other restaurants, shops, and attractions are within walking distance. We are in the middle of all the excitement!
Well behaved dogs are allowed after approval as long as they are house trained and do not get on any furniture.
Please tell us about yourself and your group when inquiring or requesting a stay. This is our 2nd home and we like to get to know our new friends. Neighbors on either side are full time residents.
