Palm Haus is a 3-bedroom Destin townhome where your group actually relaxes — not fights over elevator access or hunts for a parking spot in a garage three blocks away. Private gated beach access, a heated pool for winter visits, pickleball and tennis courts when you need to move, and a fully stocked kitchen when you don't feel like going out. Sleeps 10 across a king suite, queen bedroom, and a bunk room the kids will fight over.

Palm Haus sits directly on a tranquil lake in the Southbay by the Gulf community, a short walk from the sand and a world away from the crowded resort towers.

Sleeping Layout (Sleeps 10):

First Floor:
- Queen sleeper sofa in the living room

Second Floor:
- King bedroom with ensuite tub/shower combo
- Queen bedroom
- Bunk room with double bed, twin-over-twin bunk, and twin trundle (sleeps 4 — perfect for kids)

Kitchen and Living:
- Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook for the group
- Open living and dining area
- Private patio with outdoor seating with propane grill for your use

What's Outside Your Door:

- 5-minute walk to private gated beach access along a scenic path with a bridge over the community lake
- Two large community pools (one heated in winter) plus kiddie pools
- Newly refinished tennis and pickleball courts
- Scenic walking paths around the lake
- Turtles, ducks, and seagulls on the lake — the kids will love it
- Catch-and-release fishing in the community lake

Parking:

GUEST ACCESS:

Full access to the entire townhome and all community amenities — two pools, kiddie pools, tennis and pickleball courts, private beach access, and walking paths. The only excluded areas are one linen closet on the first floor and one on the second floor (owner's supplies).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- Self check-in with smart lock
- All guests must be 25 or older, or accompanied by a parent. This policy is strictly enforced.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
- Pack-n-play and high chair available upon request
- We provide complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, sand toys, wagon, and beach caddy in our storage closet for guest use.
- Catch-and-release fishing only in the community lake
- Quiet, family-friendly community — please be respectful of neighbors
