Located in the penthouse, directly on the beach, you will see everything from dolphins to gorgeous sunrises and sunsets- and all right in the heart of Destin. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath luxury 16th floor penthouse vacation rental is located right across from the Big Kahuna Water Park and has direct access to the beautiful white sands of the Emerald Coast. The property is close to everything Destin has to offer including shopping at the Destin Commons and outlets, coffee shops, grocery stores, and savory seafood restaurants. This exclusive property is a gated building and boasts only three units on each floor.

What we fell in love with when we first saw this condo was the expansive balcony. Whether sipping coffee in the morning, enjoying a family meal around the table, basking in the sun, or sipping wine in the evening, if you’re like us, you may never want to leave. Our condo is beautifully appointed with classic beach decor and furnishings- featuring a state of the art kitchen with all the upgrades you would expect- granite counter tops, all new stainless appliances, and fully stocked equipment for the chefs among us all. This unit is bigger than typical 2 bedroom units, with over 1,300 sq feet of living space and a massive balcony.

The Destin Towers features a communal pool and hot tub and direct (gated) beach access. You can also access the grilling area, high speed internet, tennis court, and so much more.

The master bedroom looks directly out to the ocean and features a king bed (think sleeping to the sound of the ocean). The master bath has both a glassed shower and separate jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom has a unique set of options- with both bunk beds and a queen bed allowing up to four to sleep in the room. It has direct access to the guest bath which has a shower/tub combo. The living room couch is a pull out queen that allows for two additional guests to sleep. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. Just bring the chef! The dining area seats 6 and the four bar stools ensure everyone has a place to eat. All the comforts of home!

“HOUSE RULES”

We are happy to have you as our guests! Below are our “House Rules” which we ask that you respect. Please take a minute to read them; ask us questions about any you don’t understand.

You may access your room after 4pm on the day of checkin

Checkout is promptly at 10am. In order to ensure appropriate cleaning protocols between guests’ stays, we are not able to be flexible about this time. If you do not allow our cleaning team access you will be charged an additional $50.00 late checkout fee.

Refrain from throwing any items over the balcony railings.

Refrain from leaving your underage children unsupervised in the units or in the common areas of the property.

Sleep in the same unit as your children to ensure they are properly supervised during your entire stay.

Do not hang towels and clothing on the balcony railings.

Never under any circumstances feed birds from your balconies!

Remember that excessive noise after 10:00 PM can result in your eviction and loss of deposits.

Remember that the legal age for drinking alcoholic beverages in Florida is 21 years.

Remember that adults who supply alcohol to minors can be arrested (fined and/or jailed) and evicted from the premises.

Remember that your rental unit is someone else’s second home! You are responsible for any damage done while you rent the unit. Take care of it as you would your own home!

No Smoking in the building, balconies or walkways. Smoking in these areas will result in eviction and $250.00 fine.

Please note we do not rent to those under the age of 25.
