Welcome to the chic Palms Resort #1503. This condo is a Junior 2BR/2BA equipped with a full-sized master bedroom plus a smaller guest bedroom with two full bathrooms; one with a walk-in shower. The king master bedroom features balcony access and En suite. The guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and a private bathroom entry. The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is Destin’s largest lagoon pool! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges, and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area, and whirlpool spa.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system. 

The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.

Seasonal shuttle to Public Beach, Destin Commons, & Harborwalk Village. Henderson State Park at a small fee. If you are looking for the perfect family vacation then you must book here the place is beautiful the room was very clean perfect view can sit on the balcony and listen to good vibes from the night bar don't worry it's not to loud for those sleeping but just right for the family night of cards and board games🤌you are walking distance from Dicks sporting and Walmart also the beach is right across the street you are in the area of everything is so close right at your finger tips Golf kart rental was also a plus ask for kris at desk together your family well really experience Paradise!!!!!!!!

Arrived at location it's nice as described rooms are with great space and nice view to pool, but if you looking for a front beach this is not the spot for you its a bit walk tours beach,but everyone there is nice and restaurant with bar down stairs its amazing 😀

Not suited for more than 2 adults

2nd bedroom's bunk bed are small and did not accommodate my older sons. They took turns sleeping on the couch which is not a sleeper couch. I asked the management company if there was any way they could help, they said they'd get back to me and never did. The floors are upgraded to wood laminate throughout, unlike the carpet in the pictures. However, they were extremely sandy when we first entered the place. Otherwise the place is conveniently located and stocked. The resort itself was was good, especially for younger kids.

A few things of disappointment: Kids running up & down hall after 10pm The smell of weed 2 days we tried to enjoy balcony with a 2 year old.. had to go indoors Floors were dirty. Had to wear socks or flip flops to keep our feet clean No carts available people must have kept overnight

Spring Break visit

We really enjoyed this resort! 5 min walk to beach or you could take the shuttle. The water current at beach was high (double red flags), so we didn’t get to spend as much time in the water, but the resort’s pool and amenities made up for it. Good vibes Cafe and the coffee shop are so cute and fun, and everything was great! Loved the convenience of having so much onsite. The condo was clean and as described. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Family Fall Break

Okay Property

We booked this property last minute. The resort pool is huge and great for littles. The staff is very helpful. First thing we noticed when we walked in to our place, is that the condo had a strong and weird fish smell to it. We tried to mask it with Febreeze, but it didn't do much. The kitchen didn't come with basic necessities one might find at other rentals. For example, there was only one bowl in the kitchen that was microwave safe. It took awhile for the manager to get back to me, by that time, we were able to problem solve ourselves. Overall, the resort is good, but we wouldn't go back to the same condo.

Nice stay

While we had a nice stay in Destin… the resort was not really as expected. The pool and grounds are run down, there are minimal carts to transport your items to the room and the resort smelled like cheap cleaning supplies. The online pics are not reality. The condo we stayed in was nice and mostly well appointed. We had smokers above us so we were not really able to sit outside much, and they emptied their cooler and it ran down to our porch, nothing the owners or management company can do about that. The place is nice however not for our style of travel, we are used to single home rentals. The beach is close and there are several great restaurants, the back porch is great. There is a really great seafood market in the strip mall, parking lot of Walmart.

Don't stay here

We stayed here for a baseball tournament with our team. We payed the most out of all families and the other families places where much nicer. We had a roach problem during our stay. Killed a bunch of them in the kitchen and in our bedroom. There was mold on the vent in the guest bedroom. Way over priced especially to be killing and stying with roaches!

The property was fine. It met our needs as a family. It had cockroaches so they had to come and put out traps. The views show that it is beach/water side. In actuality, the condo is across the street. Great view of the pool and bar/restaurant though. The property cleaning crew rushed us out on the last day. We had a checkout time of 10:00 a.m. and the cleaning crew showed up at 8:00 a.m.

We really enjoyed the condo itself. It had everything we needed, and was clean. But, the first day we got there we noticed cockroaches. We reported it to RealJoy, and was told that we would hear back. We stayed five more nights and never heard a word from them. We continued to see many roaches throughout the length of our stay.

Destination Destin

Comfortable condo, with nice view of entire pool area but with height to feel private. The mattresses need to be replaced but other furniture very comfortable. Felt cozy and clean. The resort has well kept grounds and amenities, we especially liked the bistro for breakfast and all day tropical drinks. Our kids were entertained by expansive pool. The beach can't be beat given its only 2 blocks away, we had the best of both worlds..... beach or great pool.

Really nice condo

We had a very short stay at this condo while taking care of some business in Destin, but it was clean and comfortable, and very nicely decorated. Only hitch was getting the darn WiFi password which the paperwork said was supposed to be provided at check-in, but after a few phone calls we found out it was on the fridge door (which is where we should have looked first ‘doh).
