As reliable and calming as the Gulf’s tides, Rolling Tides’ three stories, eight bedrooms and impeccably curated interior will wash over you like a gentle blue wave. A new construction Destin vacation rental, Rolling Tides has some absolute gems of extras- each floor has sprawling balconies on the East and West sides; each floor also has a wet bar with a refrigerator (guests will especially love the full size fridge adjacent to the second floor entertainment room), and other than the bunk room each room boasts king beds.

The array of niceties continues on, but before we mention the gorgeous kitchen with its leathered granite counters or the two full laundry rooms or the private pool in the backyard, its time to say that the glorious Gulf of Mexico is at the end of the street…a short one minute walk! In fact, Rolling Tides location is also just minutes away from restaurants, outdoor malls and golf courses.

Yes, Rolling Tides is an exceptional place to call your temporary beach home. It’s spacious enough for several families; features a Primary suite on the third floor with a soaking tub, has plenty of parking on the exterior, quiet places to relax on the interior all of which is wrapped in ethereal shades of blue. At Rolling Tides, happiness is an endless wave.

This house sleeps a maximum of 18 guests.


*This house is located right next door to our Coastal Cove house.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This property comes with 6 parking spaces.

There are several pool towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.

This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee of $50 per day upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
