SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splashpad.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin, SunDestin Beach Resort offers countless amenities and expansive views. Bask in the sun alongside our newly renovated outdoor pool or opt for the indoor pool (heated seasonally) if you’d prefer a break from the endless Florida sunshine. Indulge in our outdoor hot tub, steam room, or sauna after a long beach walk, get in a workout at our on-site fitness facility, Planning an event? Host a crowd in our spacious meeting/event space and enjoy perusing the gift shop, conveniently located in the lobby. Our outdoor tiki bar and splash pad (seasonal) will delight both young and old and you can soak it all up comfortably lounging in a beach chair under an umbrella (additional fee).

You’ll find the SunDestin Unit 1616 to be a bright and cheerful one bedroom condo accommodating up to four. Catch a game on one of two large flat-screen televisions, either in the living room or bedroom, or rent complimentary DVD’s! You’ll enjoy preparing meals in this fully appointed, pristine kitchen with breakfast-bar. Three can dine on plush stools at the bar or relish meals at the dining table with seating for four. No view is a bad one in this unit as beautiful views abound from the living, dining and sleeping areas. Rise from the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and step directly out onto the balcony (seating for two) to catch the sunrise. You can enjoy sleeping in a King-sized bed in the master bedroom. There is also a queen-sized sofa in the living room that sleeps two.

Centrally located in the heart of Destin, SunDestin Beach Resort is minutes away from the Destin-Fort Walton Beach airport and a ten-minute drive from several local attractions and dining establishments.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
