Feel confident hosting your next big function, as SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space. Seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar, will delight both young and old. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0317 is a lovely one bedroom, one bathroom condo accommodating up to four. You’ll find the soothing, tropical decor inviting and the bright, open kitchen well-stocked with plenty of cupboard and counter space. Gather in the cozy living room for a movie on the flat screen television or chill on the balcony with seating for four. When the day is done, retire to the master suite which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience. Four can enjoy a meal, play board games, or gather around the dining table for a puzzle, engaging easily with others in this open-concept unit.



Start your day at HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor, just five minutes away. Rent a pontoon boat, wave runners, or a kayak and peruse the crystal, clear waters of the emerald coast. If shopping is more your thing, head out to Destin Commons, a 20-minute drive, for lunch/dinner, a movie, and an afternoon spent browsing boutiques and shops.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
