Take a dip in the newly renovated outdoor pool or unwind in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Get in a workout at the fitness facility then settle in with complimentary DVD rentals. Utilize the more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space for personal or business functions. Take advantage of the seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Our cordial and knowledgeable Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1214 is a plush one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Take in the scenery from the cozy living room or catch a movie on the flat screen television. Preparing meals is delightful in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen equipped with considerable cupboard and counter space. Four can dine at the table while two can help prep meals at the island. All will enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets on the balcony with seating for four. Unwind in the master suite with a king-sized bed and flat screen television or on the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room.



Everyone in your party will appreciate an afternoon at The Track just five minutes away. This family recreation center has something for everyone, boasting two 18-hole miniature golf courses and kiddie rides for the little ones. Bumper cars, go-kart tracks, bumper boats and an arcade are also available, ensuring a fun-filled day for the whole family!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
