Diese Wohnung am Strand befindet sich in Destin Florida entlang der Smaragdküste. Condo-Ferienwohnung Nr. 517 bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen mit einem König im Hauptschlafzimmer, einem König im Gästezimmer und einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Destin's Beach ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht von Ihrem privaten Balkon. Alle Einheiten sind Nichtraucher.
Condo 517 wurde komplett renoviert im Jahr 2016, mit neuen großen Fliesen in den Wohnbereichen, und Quarz-Gegenoberseiten und Edelstahl-Geräte in der Küche installiert. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über neue Möbel, Dekor und Kunstwerk. Alle Zimmer haben neue Deckenventilatoren. Das Wohnzimmer 52 'und das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügen über neue Roku Smart 32' TV'S. Master-Schlafzimmer hat eine neue Matratze, Plantage Rollläden, Bettwäsche und Dekor. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über neue 32-Zoll-Bettwäsche, Plantagen-Fensterläden und einen 32-Zoll-Roku-Smart-TV. Vor allem das Gerät hat eine WASCHMASCHINE / TROCKNER im Master-Bad installiert.

We had a wonderful getaway in unit 517. The location and views were exceptional. We loved having a washer and dryer instead of having to carry laundry to another location. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for the stay.

This was our third time staying at The Islander. This was the first time that we stayed in an upper floor unit that was hosted by the Islander themselves. Contact with Ari in the office was very easy. She was very helpful in communication went well. We definitely yes recommend the Islander as a place to stay. We enjoy the amenities, including the pool and Pickleball/tennis courts. And easy access to the beautiful Gulf waters. This unit had beautiful views from the main bedroom. It was clean and comfortable. It suited our needs. It may be a little tight for six guests since they have to use the pullout sofa, but it worked out fine. We will definitely keep the Islander as a place to return to.

This condo here at The Islander was much more spacious and very well-kept compared to what we had experienced until now. We really liked the gated private parking and how the exterior grounds and pool area was kept extremely clean. The staff was also very professional and helpful. We really liked the location of the condo and the beach was not as crowded as we anticipated. I would encourage anyone who is wanting to book a vacation in Destin to check out The Islander because I think you will be very pleased with your stay.

Delight at the Islander condo 517

Condo 517 far exceeded my expectations. The view of the sunset each evening out my balcony was exceptional. The master bathroom, laundry options and Kitchen facilities were excellent. My brother and wife were suppose to join me, but illness prevented them from traveling. Other family members stayed in another unit. I am excited about reserving for next year; I will explore this option for the future.

Would Stay Again!

It was great having the washer/dryer in the unit to do laundry in the evening without leaving our room. The shower in the master bedroom was very nice. The walk down to the beach was easy and not too far. The staff was pleasant and professional. I like the resort's location being off the main thoroughfare; it seemed to be in a nice and quiet neighborhood.We did have an issue on the first night that was beyond management's control as it was caused by other guests. I only bring this up to brag on the staff who quickly took care of a very difficult situation, and the rest of our stay was without issue. The guests in the neighboring unit were extremely loud and causing a disturbance, but they seemed to be an a-typical guess as the rest of the stay was quiet and peaceful.

There was a stain on the bed sheets and missing sheets in second bedroom. There was a dirty wet rag in the shower. Floors had popcorn and hair all over them. There was couple of dirt plates in the cabinet. The ac vents had dust bunnies hanging out of them. I feel like this unit was never cleaned fully. They come in straighten the beds to make it look like it was cleaned and say they cleaned it. On top of all that this is during the pandamic when they are supposed to be doing extra cleaning to help stop the spread of COVID. The Islander is a very nice place, I've stayed there before few years back and did not have any issues at all with my room. The staff was very apologetic and came up to my room right away to bring me new sheets, but I did have to change them myself. The next morning they sent in someone to clean the apartment. The location and privet beach is amazing, I would like to come back and stay here again hopefully they will replace their cleaning crew by then.
