It is a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach, all inside the resort on the boardwalk. You will not need to cross any busy streets.

Light and bright spacious 2/2 condo located at the Terrace at the Pelican Beach Resort. Stunning 8th floor gulf and lagoon views from the interior and exterior of the unit.

The shared amenities of the Pelican Beach Resort and the Terrace are available including four pools, two hot tubs, tiki bar, cafe' & shop, tennis courts, two gyms, beach service, free Wi-Fi and more.

This unit has a rare, covered parking spot right by the elevator!

We take pride in the cleanliness of our condo.

The views are awesome 24/7 - with good or bad weather.

No third-party management company to deal with! You are in direct contact with the owners Mark and Melinda on their personal line available 24/7.

Please note you must be 25 years of age or older to book and your party can't exceed six people. An infant is considered a guest. This is a resort rule.

***This is a pet free resort. It's my understanding that emotional support animals are not required to be allowed by ADA laws. If so, you will need to search for other resorts if you must bring one.

The resort is a smoke free facility. Please, absolutely no smoking or vaping in the condo or on the balconies is allowed. Please be courteous.

Guest Access
The first time you arrive, the security guard will direct you to the front desk to get the required wristbands and a parking pass that covers the length of your stay.

Then, and for the rest of your stay, just show your credentials to the guard at the entry gate and go directly to your own private and free parking spot in the Terrace garage. You can access the nearby elevator to the 8th floor. No steps. Note that you will also have additional free parking in the outside lot. I've never seen the parking lot full.

Luggage carts are located on the first floor. We will send you a code for the front door entry to the condo.

The beach is a three-to-five-minute boardwalk with no crossing of streets. We provide a beach cart for your convenience. Beach service rentals with chairs and an umbrella are available during the season and for a fee. We recommend reserving them early in your stay to get the best location. Note there may be paddleboards and or kayak available as well.

A spacious multi-grill outside grilling area is down on the 1st floor next to the pool.

The very popular Big Kahuna's Water Park is across the street! If the no swimming red flags go up, the park is right there and ready and fun.
