The Birdhouse Bham is a mid-century modern design with comfort in mind. Our goal is for you to enjoy your time away from home so much so that you look forward to coming back to Metro Detroit and staying with us.

The last 4 digits of your phone number will be activated as your door entry code on the day of your arrival.

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with important information including the property address. On the day of your stay you will use the last 4 digits of your phone number as the keypad code to let yourself in the exterior side door. You're welcome to reach us at anytime by messaging through the app.

Birmingham is a fantastic neighborhood for walking and socializing. There are abundant parks and one of the area's best ice cream shops, Dairy Deluxe, 2 blocks down the street.

Most of our guests arrive and get around by car. Downtown Birmingham is 1.0 miles away and accessible to walk to.

We, the owners, live next door. We're here to help if you need anything, but will leave you to enjoy The Birdhouse otherwise.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
The Birdhouse House Rules and Additional Disclosures:

1. No Smoking or Vaping: To protect the health and comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited both inside the cabin and on the property.

2. No Illegal Drugs: The use of illegal drugs on the premises is strictly forbidden.

3. Firearms and Fireworks: For the safety of all guests and to ensure a tranquil environment, firearms and fireworks are not allowed on the property.

4. Occupancy Limit: The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests at any time.

5. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

6. Parking Guidelines: Please park a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Do not park cars over the sidewalk or on the street.
