Come stay at The Mansion in LaSalle Gardens, a 16 person (maximum) house that`s the perfect place for your group trip to Detroit . Originally built in 1910, this home has been renovated down to the very last stud and restored with sophisticated and modern design elements. A former duplex, the home was renovated to offer over 3,500 sq feet to accommodate larger groups of people travelling together.

The main floor of this space features 2 separate living rooms, all with plush and comfortable seating, dining area, full kitchen with high end appliances, a master bedroom with king size bed and full bathroom.

Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms, with full ensuite bathrooms and all modernly styled.

3 Bedrooms upstairs feature two queen beds per room and one room has one queen bed.

A total of 8 beds will accommodate up to 16 people.

All mattresses are incredibly comfortable and provide a boutique hotel-like experience.

Other features include high speed internet, laundry facilities and street parking.

Guests have access to the entire home except the basement which is unfinished.

LaSalle Gardens is a beautiful mix of grand residential homes and duplexes. This property is located a stone`s throw from the Motown Museum and less than 10 minutes from the shops and restaurants of Midtown and downtown. It is bordered by Rosa Parks to the east, West Grand Boulevard to the south, Linwood to the west and Euclid to the north.
16 people maximum. Absolutely no additional guests beyond 16 people and only those listed on the reservation may attend or stay at the property.

Our concierge will check you into the property to ensure a smooth process. You must contact our concierge at the number provided prior to arrival at the property.

Excessive vehicles and RV parking on the street are prohibited.

If items in the house are damaged or broken, you will absolutely be required to pay for it.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, EVENTS, GATHERINGS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND. THE HOME IS MONITORED BY EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS AND THERE ARE ANTI-SMOKING SENSORS WITHIN THE HOME.

IF YOU HAVE AN UNAUTHORIZED GATHERING OR IF YOU ARE FOUND SMOKING, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT A REFUND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
