The G.O.A.T. House

The G.O.A.T. House sits on a beautiful 1 acre property next to a private golf course and offers endless opportunities for entertainment, relaxation, work, exercise, and more. From the wood floors and interior doors that were brought in from a local elementary school gymnasium and classroom to the smart home lighting and Sonos surround sound throughout the house, you just have to experience this charming mid-century modern gem that pours over with character! Note: goats not included!
The space
I created The G.O.A.T. House because I enjoy creating unique and experience-driven spaces. The G.O.A.T. House features wood flooring throughout most of the main level that was brought in from a local elementary school, brand new carpet, and a surplus of natural light throughout the home. Change the vibe in any room with individually controllable smart lights that you may color-change after downloading the Philips Hue app to your phone on the local network.

The living room has tall ceilings and boasts a cozy gas fireplace as well as plenty of seating. The family room offers a very large set of windows looking into the backyard and fairway of a private golf course.

There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2.5 bathrooms on the main level. The upstairs loft offers a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and an office desk with an expansive view of the backyard to serve as a peaceful backdrop while you maximize productivity.

The full bathroom on the main level is gorgeously designed to include a jacuzzi bathtub and shower, and the primary bathroom is brand new with custom tiling, a rain shower with multiple spray settings, and incredible vibe lighting.

The couches in the living and family rooms offer space for sleepers on the main level. A full washer and dryer reside in the half bathroom on the main level near the main entrance to the house.

The exterior of the house features a gorgeous garden that blooms throughout the warmer months, an extremely large backyard for fun and games, a deck with a gas grill, and a relaxing hammock to set the mood.

This is a one-of-a-kind property that we intend to improve as we share it with you. The next projects are painting the exterior, replacing the deck, and finishing the basement.

Other things to note
While we have already replaced the roof, carpet, and updated most of the interior of the G.O.A.T. House, please understand that this is an old house that still needs a bit of TLC. As we did with our sister property, the original G.O.A.T. House in Lansing, we intend to reinvest future profits back into the house to replace the exterior deck, paint the siding, and upgrade amenities for you to enjoy in the future!
