- Bookings that extend multiple months, we required mid-stay cleanings every 3 weeks. ($500/clean)

- Guests may or may not be required to pay a $35 damage deposit fee. (subject to our guest vetting system)

- No parties or events without prior approval.
- Registered guests only — no unregistered overnight visitors.
Care & Consideration
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to respect neighbors.
- Please remove shoes indoors to help preserve floors and rugs.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them.

- Luggage drop-off is allowed before check-in or after check-out if arranged in advance.
