"Our room was in the new wing (newly renovated?) and therefore looks quite new and clean. The hallway was wide with sofas and chairs scattered throughout, which created a inviting and relaxed atmosphere. The personnel was very helpful and accommodating, more so than some 4-star hotels I have stayed in recently in Wengen. The breakfast was of a large selection (but not huge) and of immaculate quality. Minibar was free and well stocked. Free coffee/tea station on the first floor was open all day long. The location of the hotel is very good: a 10-min walk from the train station and right next to the boat dock. Overall, a great gem of a hotel."
