Lakefront Escape - on Lake Cascade w/dock and amazing views

Lakefront Escape is the perfect Donnelly vacation home during all 4 seasons. Friends and family are sure to have a great vacation tucked away in the Ponderosa and Tamarack Pine trees with lake views! This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is lakefront and has a shared boat dock, allowing for a boat or a couple of jet skis to be stored. To reach the home and boat dock via the lake, you use Boulder Creek Marina. During the winter enjoy the quick access to Tamarack Resort, only 12 miles away. The home is also in a great location for park and ride snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and Nordic skiing.

Guests will have access to the driveway with enough space for 4 cars or 1 car with 2 boat trailers. Don't forget to bring your canine companion on this trip, Lakefront Escape is pet-friendly (with payment of pet fee - $25 per pet per night of the reservation).

Inside Lakefront Escape the upper floor has an open concept with the living room, kitchen, and dining area sharing common space and lake views of course! The living room is furnished with comfortable seating arrangements placed in front of a mounted flat-screen TV and electric fireplace. The TV and DVD player is ready for family entertainment. A washer and dryer are tucked away around the corner, handy for swimsuits after a day at the lake.

Behind the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all the appliances needed and a generous amount of counter space for a chef to whip up delicious treats and gourmet meals. 5 guests are encouraged to keep the chef company in the kitchen by taking a seat at the built-in breakfast bar. Alongside this dining space, the dining table has seating for 6.

During the summer months:
Step outside onto the lakefront deck and fire up the BBQ to grill your favorite foods. 2 patio tables and chairs are arranged for you to dine while you take in Lake Cascade in front of you. There is also a dedicated lakefront fire pit for roasting s'mores or watching a breathtaking sunset. Follow the path down to the shared yet private dock/beach great for swimming, fishing, and boating.

NO A/C at this property

Camp trailers and RV's are not allowed at this home and parking in the street is not allowed.

This home has a shared dock on the lake for summer use (shared with the neighbor). The dock for this home is on the left side of the lot and is a shared boat dock with the neighbor's home on the left. Please limit your toys to one boat or two jet skis. Your boat needs to enter the water at the Boulder Creek Marina, about 2/10 of a mile from this home.

The garage is not accessible to guests.

The water in the house can be heavy with IRON. The home does have a filtration system in place, however, bringing bottled water for drinking is recommended. Please also be aware that Iron may cause staining on laundry if done at the property.

This is a pet-friendly property pending pre-approval from DoneRight Management only. The pet fee is $25 per pet per night of the reservation. For pet approval and detailed guidelines, please contact DoneRight Management.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

We really enjoyed the views. The spacious house made it nice for our teenagers to chill out away from the adults. The place was clean and fragrance free. We requested no fragrances and they accommodated us. The showers need some attention mostly the faucets but they worked. Our sons fished off the dock but didnt swim. We saw some suspicious green stuff in the morning but it washed away by mid-day. The management company did a great job with communication and answered all my questions quickly. I would rate this place an 8.5.

Lakeside Long Weekend

Really enjoyed our stay--the lakeside location just cant be beat. The property was as advertised, the location was nice and quiet and we felt at home. Although the main level gets a little toasty in the evening without AC, the downstairs remained very cool. Management is great and we will definitely be coming back.

Great location, with two issues; Afternoons were extremely hot, and the location has no shade on the deck nor AC inside, making the afternoons very uncomfortable. Secondly, we were not informed that there was a planned power outage for one morning during our stay. Calls to DoneRight went unanswered JV. As a result, our family left a day early, in the morning before the heat became unbearable, with no power to operate the fans that were our only relief.

We were looking for a place that could accommodate a multi-family Thanksgiving in Donnelly. This home was perfect - plenty of space and easy check in and check out. Home was as advertised and we had no issues!

The property was super functional with the basement and the main level; we loved this layout. Also, the bedrooms with two windows for great ventilation. The fire pit was really nice and the kitchen amenities were great. Could have used better cookware, :) The checkin process was flawless. We loved the private dock, but it was shared with mean neighbors. The neighbors were not friendly and they were way too close. Their was a bathtub ring and the water smelled like iron. Perhaps a water softner would help

Lakefront Heaven

This was our second stay here and we absolutely loved it, again. The location can’t be beat, from the quiet cul-de-sac, to the fire pit, the dock, and the wonderful neighbors. McCall is a short drive away, there are hiking spots, horseback riding nearby, and then of course the lake right out the back door. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, morning coffees with beautiful views, and a wonderful time away from the hustle and bustle of life. The beds are extremely comfy and the house has everything you need for a great stay. Communication was fantastic and quick and we will definitely come back!!

Great location on the Lake lovely cabin

Loved the cabin and the location. It was very easy to check-in and plenty of room for our 4 kids and 3 grandkids. We had a great time and the dock was perfect for our boat and 2 jet skis. It was a little warm upstairs but manageable with fans. We would rent here again for sure.

Great Spot for Family Gathering and Skiing

This was a great location for our family to gather for the holidays. The upstairs/downstairs split allowed for people to gather to visit or eat together while also offering to spaces if people needed a quite place to work or get away. The hill down to the lake made for great sliding and the pellet stove on the first floor was awesome for keeping the downstairs living room nice and cozy. The management company went above and beyond when we needed more towels and a safety gate for the young one. Thanks for a great stay!

 works well for our family. Lake house seemed cleaner; towels were large size & ample. Bark would be easier to walk on than the gravel. Fix it list; 2nd floor TV never worked; tub needs stopper for kid baths, need umbrellas for patio tables 
 we left rod & 4 curtain panels which helped block sun/heat from patio doors

Great waterfront location with shared dock. Loved the location, deck and ability to bring 2 dogs. Recommend window coverings and patio screen door for the future, especially during the hot summer. Air conditioning would have been really nice.
