All single level there are 4 bedrooms to accommodate everyone in your group. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath complete with tub/shower. There is an additional bedroom with a full over twin trundle and separate twin bed, another guest room with a queen bed and the final bedroom offers 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower. A cozy and nostalgic living room provides plenty of space for all to gather and a dining area plus banquette create multiple dining areas. The best feature is the huge wrap around screened in porch - you will want to spend your days relaxing with the best view for miles.

- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
