Recently renovated!

This three-level townhome is located only ten miles from Grand Targhee Resort and provides enough space for the entire family to spread out after adventuring together. The kitchen opens into the living area and a dining room that seats seven, providing an opportunity to socialize as a hot, delicious meal is being prepared on the high-end range. Recessed lighting and a gas fireplace offer that intimate, warm coziness needed after spending the day absorbing the vastness of the Tetons.

The third-floor bedroom includes a hangout area perfect for anyone who is needing additional solitude, or a space to read and attend to other interests. A patio with a table, chairs, and a gas grill offers a perfect space to enjoy a late-evening dinner lit up by the sunset or underneath the mountain stars.

The second level offers 2 private bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The master has a Queen sized bed, the 2nd guest bedroom also has a Queen sized bed.

The Targhee Shuttle picks up just outside the front door during skiing season. Also included are all expected amenities including; Smart TV's, and Wi-Fi, as well as a full sized washer and dryer.

Like most homes in Teton Valley, this home is NOT equipped with air conditioning.

This home is pet friendly, but we require all pets are leashed and picked up after outside. We additionally require pets are kenneled if left unattended in the house.

We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 14 days before check in. If you cancel with 7 days of your check in date, we will charge $100 and refund 50%.

Additional insurance fee for stays over 29 nights will apply. 
Teton Valley Property Management Rental Agreement is required to be signed upon booking this property.

The town home is very clean and well-equipped from kitchen to bathrooms. It has been upgraded with new carpet and paint, and the furnishings are comfortable and nicely decorated. The third floor was quite warm in September, but the exhaust fan and floor unit were sufficient to remedy the heat. The neighborhood is quiet, and we never heard the neighbors. We enjoyed the solitude and the easy drive to town. Property management company is excellent.

We enjoyed our stay. The price and location are perfect. There is so much to do in the Teton Valley if you don't want to go across the pass to Jackson, and it's way less crowded but still has the really cool small town atmosphere. We even went to church at Teton Valley Bible Church and they were very welcoming. The property was as described and worked perfect for us. We were even able to park a drift boat in the garage. We cooked almost every night we were there and the kitchen is well equipped. We did not really need anything we didn't have. Just a few notes: There is only one parking spot in front of the unit. We had three cars so had to find parking in one of the three open parking areas. If it's busy or you come back late it might be a challenge to find enough parking. The unit does not have air conditioning, which for the most part is fine, but it can get pretty hot on the third floor. The owner provides an air conditioning unit and a window fan that help, but it still stays pretty hot during the day. At night it cooled off, even in August, but it takes a little bit. Despite these things we still give it 5 stars.

Property Management Company Made sure we were happy

We had few issues regarding the property and work being done by the association which was out of the Property Managers control but the staff would come daily to clean up and accommodate our needs. They made sure we were content. The location is perfect and was very well stocked. Already scheduled to come back to same property. :-)

Tetons getaway

The location was perfect. 30 minutes from the Tetons. Cute little town with all kinds of amenities. The house had everything we needed, the kitchen and baths were well stocked. It was near a walking path. We had a little issue in the beginning with loose dogs and doggie poop but management took care of that quickly. The home is very roomy. The only other thing is it was HOT the week we were there. They do state no AC in the description and did provide extra fans but it did make for difficulty sleeping. I would definitely stay here again in cooler weather if we came back to this location.

Teton Vacation

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The condo was very clean, no issues. It is well stocked with cooking utensils. The outside grill was clean and easy to operate. The first two days there were in the low 80s which does warm up the inside as well. As stated there is no central air but the unit is stocked with several fans and a big window fan on the third floor which made a big difference once the outside temperatures started to cool off. We only experienced one problem which was quickly solved once I spoke to the management office. Even though it was after hours they handled the problem efficiently. The location is great and the complex is well maintained. I would certainly stay here again if we vacation here again.

Great place to stay

A quiet townhouse complex, very relaxing. Near to downtown Driggs, about an hour away from the Grand Tetons, 40 minutes to Jackson when the traffic is good. The residence was clean and had a kitchen with plenty of the utensils and appliances to make you feel at home. Very pleasant stay

Great property!

This property was perfect for a family vacation. We had five adults and one child, and never felt like we were crowding each other. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware, and the refrigerator is large, enough to hold three families' worth of food. The checkin procedure was simple, no problems were encountered. At one point I contacted the rental agent with a question, which was promptly answered. The location is great, close to Driggs but out of the main part of town. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Driggs.

The property is in such a great location. It’s quiet, close to town, just off the main drag to go to Jackson, strait down the road to float the Teton River. The two bedrooms only have size full beds. We had tall guys so drove to Rexburg Walmart to get an air mattress for one of the boys. The kitchen is well equipped. You can fit a small car in the garage and park a bigger vehicle in front of the garage. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Family Ski

Location, location, location. If you are an avid skier and want access to Targhee, this is the perfect place. My family loved using the shuttle on the busy days at the mountain. This location is central to town and the mountain. The home has everything you could need to have meals and be comfortable. It could use a little freshening, the bed in the master bedroom was not the best, every move, the headboard hit the wall and the whole bed shakes. The other 2 rooms were much better. We had an ice dam that caused a leak in the master bedroom, the management company sent someone over right away to fix the issue. We had a small issue with checki-in but I’m not sure that it was not a link issue, or bad communication. The management company does not work on weekends and we received an email for receipt of the final payment well before we were there. I was waiting for the check in information, code numbers etc, and when I didn’t have them the day before, I sent an email to the management company. I did not hear back from them and when we arrived we couldn’t get in. We had to call the emergency number and they scrambled to find out the codes to get us in. Again, not sure it was them or me because the link sent to me did not have the codes. I would suggest an update and confirmation within the week before just to be covered, also if traveling on weekends, remember the management co is closed. This unit is comfortable and functional for a family and friends.
