This beautifully furnished 1 bedroom apartment will make you feel like you are in a luxurious 5 star hotel. The apartment also comes with a parking for your car, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a kids area and a business centre.



The bedroom uses a 160x200cm bed . We can also provide a baby crib.



Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with Nespresso machine, a toaster, kettle, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more.



We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.

Guests will have exclusive access to the stylish one-bedroom apartment located on the 24th floor, featuring a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed and a full private bathroom. For those preferring the Dubai Metro, the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station is a quick taxi or car ride away. From there, you can connect to the entire metro network. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately a 20-minute drive, making it easily accessible for arrivals and departures. Secure parking is available on-site for your convenience. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available throughout the area.

Please note: Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability. A copy of each guest's passport is required before check-in, and a check-in form must be signed upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; a fine of AED 500 will be applied for violations. Secure parking is provided. Please be aware that a fine of AED 500 will be charged for a lost access card and AED 200 for a lost key.
