HOUSE RULES

1. No Parties or Events
Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in the
building/apartment. Any violation may result in immediate
eviction without a refund and a fine of 1500 AED.

2. Quiet Hours
Please respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a
minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

3. No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. A 2,000AED fee
will be applied if detected to clean the property.
You may use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if
applicable.

4. Valid ID Required
As per Dubai Tourism regulations, all guests must provide a
valid Emirates ID or passport copy before checking-in for
security registration purposes.

5. Number of Guests
Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking is
allowed to stay. No additional visitors or overnight guests
without prior approval. This is to comply with the local
occupancy laws.

6. Respect the Property
Please treat the property with care. Any damage or missing
items will be charged to the guest. Report any issues to us
immediately.

7. Cleanliness
Kindly leave the property in a reasonably clean condition
upon checkout. Excessive cleaning or damage may incur
additional fees.

8. No Illegal Activities
Illegal activities, including drug use and any behaviour in
violation of Dubai laws, are strictly forbidden.

9. Parking
If parking is available, only the designated parking space
should be used. Please inform us if you have a vehicle in
advance.

10. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early
check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may
incur an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.

11. Energy Conservation
Please be mindful of energy use. Turn off lights, and
electronics when not in use. Please do not turn off the AC
when leaving the property (leave between 23-25 degrees) as
constant change consumes more energy.

12. Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed unless explicitly
mentioned in your booking.

13. Use of Amenities
Amenities should be used responsibly. Follow all posted rules
and report any issues to the management immediately.

14. Security
For your safety, ensure the door is locked and windows are
closed when leaving the apartment.

15. Waste Disposal
Dispose of trash in designated bins. Failure to adhere to
Dubai's strict waste management rules can result in fines.

Additional Fees:
Losing / breaking of access cards or keys, 300 AED will be applied.
If the apartment requires a deep clean after your stay, 800 AED will be charged.
Any damages to the apartment, furniture or items a fee will be applied. Subject to what has been damaged, a fee
will be applied accordingly.
Additional fee for extra linens, available upon request.
Highchair or baby cots available upon request free of charge.

Important Note:
Failure to follow any of these house rules could lead to fines, cancellation of your booking, or even eviction
from the property.
