Gym: 7AM – 10PM
Smoking: Permitted only on the balcony and designated building areas. A penalty of 1000 to 3000 AED for smoking inside the unit for odor removal and cleaning.
Lost/Damaged Items: Inform the host immediately. Charges for lost/damaged room keys, access cards, or smart locks are 350 AED each.
★ NO PARTIES ALLOWED ★
Checkout: As stated in the reservation. Unauthorized delays beyond 10 minutes will result in a charge of 150 AED. Delays beyond 1 hour will result in charging a full night while still requiring immediate checkout.
★ Other things to note ★
As per the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), all guests staying in the property and their visitors must provide their ID proof (Passport copies or Emirates Id) prior to check-in.
Kindly, send us the information at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or directly after booking.
Failing to do so will hinder the smooth check in experience you will have otherwise.
There is a Tourism 20 Dirhams per night of occupancy (for up to 30 nights) for Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). If your stay is over 30 nights, you will pay the tax per night, and be refunded the extra tax beyond 30 nights.
