This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment is located in Dubai Hills, a newly-built luxirious area by Emaar, the best developer in Dubai. It has all AMENITIES you would need and is EQUIPPED with everything you could need for a comfortable living.
It is close to beautiful Dubai Hills Park, highly-rated Dubai Hills Mall, Golf Club, King's College Hospital.
HEATED POOL, gym, and free parking on premises is available to all tenants.
The space
Bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a make-up booth.
Living room is equipped with a sofa-bed, a 65-inch Smart-TV with Netflix and Amazon Video connected for you.
SOFA-BED comfortably sleeps 2 adults!
Kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for cooking. The stove has 4 gas burners.
The only thing it does not have yet is a dishwasher. You can leave the dishes dirty after you move out and we will happily clean them for you.
Bathroom 1 is accessible from the bedroom and has a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower with shampoo and body gel.
Half-bathroom 2 is accessbile from the living room and has a toilet and a sink.
Please note that the apartment is overlooking construction, which is quiet and not disturbing.
FREE PARKING is available. HEATED POOL and GYM is available to all tenants on floor 4.
