The Space:
Our charming 3-bedroom apartment is located on the 15th floor so the views are utterly fantastic. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, games room, tennis court and swimming pool so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.
With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite TV!!), you'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy your morning coffee and the views out over the Marina.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts., including a washing machine.
The apartment fits 8 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed;

Equipped with high-quality amenities, the kitchen includes a washing machine for your convenience. You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soaps, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, I will provide complimentary tea and coffee with enough to get you started.

⋆ Consent to House Rules: All guests must provide written consent to the house rules on chat before access is allowed.
⋆ Personal Information: Please provide the home address, email address, and passport copies for all guests at least 24 hours before check-in. Failure to do so will result in an inability to check in.

⋆ Early Communication Request: We kindly ask that you share any concerns or issues with us directly, giving us the opportunity to promptly assist you.
⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.
⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.
⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.
⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
