Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 PM.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Please take and return the ACCESS/PARKING CARDS in good condition upon your check out or unfortunately, you will have to pay the replacement cost of the keys/cards

Each ACCESS/PARKING CARD IS CHARGEABLE @ AED500.
Please refrain from littering, disposing of garbage improperly, and smoking in non-designated areas
immediately.

Failure to comply with these remedial actions may result in a penalty cost of AED1000.00 applied
