The room was not very clean. The floor was sticky when we checked in on Saturday. We figured they would mop it the next day, but they didn't. On Monday, we were working in our room and had the DND sign on the door until the afternoon. They didn't come and clean the room in the late afternoon. So we were up and out of the room early on Tuesday so they could clean. When I got back, it looked like a 5-year-old had cleaned the room. The duvet was hanging off the bed, the curtains were fully closed and there was hair and dust accumulated on the floor in the bathroom. They took the hotel slippers that we were using and had left neatly by the door. We don't wear shoes in our room and wear slippers instead. They did not replace them; they just took them and threw them away, I guess. I complained and the housekeeping manager came back with the cleaner to redo the room. There were a couple of days when the escalator was not working, and then they broke the front door. We paid over 200⏠per night and stayed for 5 nights due to our conference being held at this location. I'm not sure if I would stay again.
